Not too much to say for an item like this. We needed a little metal grill for our oven to bake some items and be able to easily catch the grease. The built in racks in our oven weren't the right style nor were they easy to clean afterwards. This was a cheap, simple item that we drop into a cookie sheet with some aluminum foil to make things like baking chicken and easy task. It is also a healthier way of cooking for us, letting the fat and grease drip below. So far it is holding up well, cleaning up easy enough, and serves the purpose we got it for.

I’m so happy to have this huge cooling rack! I had just a tiny little one before and I was always having to stack my cookies. But no more! I still am unsure which way is the right way to lay it down, and I do with the rack was a grid vs just straight lines cause sometimes cookies fall through, but for how big it is I’ll take it! It’s held up over a lot of use and it looks just as new! Would definitely recommend

For years, I’ve purchased those throw-away aluminum turkey pans just to get out of the clean-up hassle after the feast (one year, the pan punctured…that was [NOT] fun). Here is a perfectly gorgeous pan, with so many useful features…and at this price… REALLY ?!?! I made game hens the other night, tossed some sliced baby potatoes, carrots, onions and large brussel sprouts under the V rack and I had a complete meal from one pan. Clean-up was a breeze: remove the residue, wipe the inside and place in the dishwasher. Voila! So easy, even my husband could/did do it 😉. This shiny stainless steel roaster is far better than the previously used non-stick, carbon material ones that always made me wonder if I scrubbed it clean with all that dark surfacing (ergo: my move to disposable pans). Stainless steel is scratch-proof and the choice of chefs because it’s better at searing and roasting, not to mention safe on the grill. But was I willing to pay that much for something I thought would be used just a time or two per year? The V rack included is a bonus…and at this price! The V rack rests comfortably in the pan for a large sized bird, but I pushed mine close to the edge, leaving a good gap on the other side to make more room for the baster. The hidden handles are solid and truly handy (just be smart and wear oven gloves, not like the kitchen towels I used; and keep the handles out on the V rack vs tucking them under, thinking you won’t need them. They’re there, use ‘em). I’m looking forward to using the pan for an upcoming birthday celebration. I guesstimate two or three boxes of cake mix will be a good start for a sizable layered cake. Can’t wait. In comparison to other roasting pans and the separate accessories needed, at this price, with the versatility and looks, I’m seriously questioning what am I missing? Don’t You miss out!

This roaster is pretty good. It definitely had a beautiful shine and look straight out of packaging. I would be gentle in the cleaning process, don't use abrasive scrubbers. It's sturdy and could handle a good heart chunk of meat like a roast or prime rib.

I can't believe I found a decent stainless steel roasting pan for under $70, let alone under $30! This is an awesome price for this pan. It is not as heavy as some brand name roasters, but is sturdy enough! The pan has two handles that fold flush to the sides of the pan under the rim. It's fine for using the handles to put the roasting pan in the oven, but too hard to flip the handles up when removing the pan from a hot oven. Not a deal breaker though for this pan. The rack is sturdy and sets just high enough in the pan to add vegetables for roasting. It is easy to remove from the pan to a carving board to rest your roast. The grooves around the bottom of the pan will allow for the juices and fats to pool there. This is good in that it is easier to use a spoon or baster to get the juices to baste your roast as opposed to a flat bottomed pan that you have to tip to gather the juices in one corner, making it a little easier to baste. It is easy to clean, but will scratch with any type of scrubby. I definitely recommend this large roasting pan to add to your kitchen! You can't beat the price.

I have been making the conscious shift from nonstick to stainless steel/cast iron cookware for a bit of time now and one things I’ve never owned in general is a roasting pan that isn’t aluminum or that doesn’t get thrown out after one use. My only fear was that it would be difficult to clean but I figured if that was my main concern, it could easily be figured out. I used this pan to roast a whole chicken. I lined the bottom with parchment for an easier clean up as well. The handles made taking it out of the oven a game changer! And when it came to clean up, some of the drippings made it underneath the parchment paper and caused some baked on residue in the corners of the pan. They came off most of the way with just scrubbing with a sponge and the hard to remove bits came out after soaking the pan with hot water and soap for an hour. Overall, no big deal on the clean up front and the ease of using this pan with the handles makes it worth it. Love how large it is as well, it’ll be perfect for Thanksgiving!

I had to decide on five stars for this even though I wanted it for turkey roasting and gravy making. The bottom has a trough around the outside edge, which means the flat part is going to be raised above my glass top stove, not enabling me to make proper brown gravy. That's the downside, but most people don't make the fabulous New England brown turkey gravy that my family now expects from me. The pan itself is a nice finish, and a good, wide size; perfect for a really big turkey or an army sized lasagne. The handles are not going to be useful, as they are hinged and hang down; making it very challenging to grab them with a potholder. The rack is FREAKING AWESOME. Sturdy, easy to clean, and rounded. If you don't have to have a flat bottom on your roaster, this is an excellent value.
