I have now had my replacement oven installed for 4 days. Over all, I really like the oven. It has some amazing features. I have used the Proof (dough proofing), Pizza and Air Fry. They all work fantastic. However, the operating instructions are not intuitive. If you think you can operate it by logic, think again. When using the oven, you must touch each control button in the exact order given in the instructions. This means, you will need to touch the various control panel buttond a minimum of 7 times to start cooking. If you then want to change the heat or duration, you need to touch the control buttons 3 or more times. I had purchased this same oven the week before last. Unfortunately, it was damaged when it arrived. It had a couple of bends in the sheet metal that were not obvious until I discovered them wehn I installed it. Over all, so far, I am very happy with this oven. I certianly hope it lasts awhike.

Worse oven I have ever had. I returned it. Never figured out how to work it. Temperature never got above 200 degrees

Not too much to say for an item like this. We needed a little metal grill for our oven to bake some items and be able to easily catch the grease. The built in racks in our oven weren't the right style nor were they easy to clean afterwards. This was a cheap, simple item that we drop into a cookie sheet with some aluminum foil to make things like baking chicken and easy task. It is also a healthier way of cooking for us, letting the fat and grease drip below. So far it is holding up well, cleaning up easy enough, and serves the purpose we got it for.

I’m so happy to have this huge cooling rack! I had just a tiny little one before and I was always having to stack my cookies. But no more! I still am unsure which way is the right way to lay it down, and I do with the rack was a grid vs just straight lines cause sometimes cookies fall through, but for how big it is I’ll take it! It’s held up over a lot of use and it looks just as new! Would definitely recommend
