Yes, it is a boring Advent calendar, and there are only 5 or 6 "different" kinds of cookies and they are all basically shortbread, but that is exactly what I wanted. I love shortbread and Walker's is good and reliable. If I had a whole box I would eat it all and be very sick. This way I have one a day with my coffee and it makes me happy every morning. Good Advent calendar with delicious cookies. The only drawback was the wrapped cookies slipping down under the top, so as to be in the wrong place when the window for the day was opened. We enjoyed it anyway and will probably buy again this year.

Each day is a reveals a new shortbread cookie, the shapes repeat but they are all adorable. Each comes individually wrapped so they are super fresh and delicious. It takes all my willpower to only eat one a day, I have it first thing with my coffee for a sweet treat. Would definitely buy again!

Most of the cookies in the calendar felt a little stale. The caramel shortbread was not good because the caramel bits were hard and sticky. I would rather just buy their shortbread rounds and not this again.
