this is a great hangar, the way it swivels can be mounted anywhere. really like it. but I did not receive the two pieces that protect the rubber, do I really need them ? could put a couple washers on it unless part could be sent, would make it a sturdier install. great hangar, though. 4 stars on sturdiness only because of those two items. ... show more

In detail: picture shows metal strap-rubber-metal bracket and in reality is rubber strap-metal bracket.
