Bookcase

The media could not be loaded. This went together well and is the perfect color and size for my foyer.

I get a ton of compliments on this shelf!
Color: Rustic Oak
Style: Book Shelf
I bought this earlier this year and just realized that I never uploaded my review. This piece is a great price considering the costs of a ton of shelving out there that isn't nearly this nice. (I looked for a long time!) The biggest draw for me was that it looked stylish and had a bit more height than most entryway tables. It's heavy duty and feels very sturdy. I put it together by myself in a few hours. One of the leg pieces was bent by the bracket where it bolts to the corner of the shelf but wasn't hard to hammer back straight to fit. Took less than 5 minutes to fix. It's in my living room and can be seen as soon as you walk in. I have received SO MANY compliments on this piece and they are always shocked when I tell them I ordered it from Amazon. I highly recommend it even with the small issue of the bent area of the leg. It didn't have a ton of reviews when I bought it but I took a chance on it and am so happy that I did. It's one of my favorites in my new house.

Nice cabinet but a bear to assemble
Color: Rustic Oak
Style: Book Shelf
I always use plenty of wood glue so furniture like this always turns out sturdy. It’s really nice looking. My only complaint is that since it’s made of particle board, it’s easy to slip and tear out the twist-lock fasteners. I had to drag out my big wood clamps to get it square and stable until the glue dried.

easy assembly nice bookshelf
Color: Rustic Oak
Style: Book Shelf
At first we received an obviously used bookshelf with minor damage and missing hardware. Since it was sold through Amazon it was a quick return and exchange for a new one. The second one was in perfect new condition and arrived early. I put it together by myself with a power screwdriver. Probably took about an hour. Its pretty sturdy now that's its heavily loaded with books. Its on padded carpet so I probably should have leveled the legs a bit but its fine since we don't have very young kids in the house. Its nice that the height on the middle shelf can adjust. I wish the top would too. The only books that fit up there are my kids' paperback chapter books. All the other books are just a bit too tall.

This bookshelf looks just like it does in promotional pictures online!
Color: Rustic Oak
Style: Book Shelf
We love our new bookshelf! It is perfect for our living space! It looks like it came from a better furniture store and we love the metal side panels and feet as they add some character. There were no surprises at all. The pieces arrived in a flat pack box, were not damaged, and all pieces were numbered with small stickers, which were easy to remove after assembly. The bookshelf is very sturdy, and my husband said the directions for the project made it an easy and straightforward assembly. I love that the two middle shelves are adjustable to accommodate items of varying heights. I would order another bookshelf if I had a place to put it in our home. I’ve included two photos of this lovely piece, and I hope you find them helpful!

Splintered boards, no customer service support, but overall fine
Color: Grey Wash
Style: Book Shelf
Took under 1.5 hours for a 26 y.o. girl to assemble on her own, though I agree with the instructions that making this a two person job would have been quicker. But I did it! Some of the larger planks were cracked and splintering so I reached out to Walker Edison directly to request a partial refund because I didn't want to wait for replacement parts. I got a generic email with instructions on how to submit a request for replacement parts. I replied with my initial request for a partial refund, but no response since then. So overall it's an attractive piece, but lack of real customer service made this a bit disappointing. I'm keeping this bookshelf because of the labor and time put into this, but I'd caution others to beware for some broken parts you'll likely need to replace.

Easy to assemble, Great looking
Color: Rustic Oak
Style: Book Shelf
I had my eye on this bookcase for a while before I finally ordered -- boy, am I glad I did. The book case is really stylish and, after assembling tons of other furniture, I can say this one went together so, so easily. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Beauty and Function
Color: Rustic Oak
Style: Book Shelf
I was searching for a bookshelf to fit in a small bedroom that would provide lots of storage. It also needed to have raised legs and not rest flat on the floor as the heating/cooling vent would be obstructed. I searched stores, websites, and quite by accident found this one on Amazon. I remeasured the space, looked at the picture over and over, and finally ordered it. It is PERFECT! Easy to assemble, sturdy, unique style, looks expensive, and yet very affordable. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
