No complaints, especially for something that is currently $26. I got this primarily to do weighted pull ups and the occasional dips, and it works perfectly for both. The belt is 48" long (so keep that in mind if you're bigger), the locking mechanism is easy to use and feels solid once engaged, and the chain/carabiners feel pretty solid. The build quality looks and feels good, but admittedly I've only used it about 10 times. I will update this review if it falls short of expectations at any time. I've only been loading anywhere from 30 to 50 lbs on it, but it feels pretty secure and relatively comfortable at those weights. The price point is also great right now, which makes this a really good value.

The picture shows where the seam was ripping during my first set of calf raises. I had 85 pounds on each side. This is not just a performance issue. It is a safety issue. This belt can only be used with very light weights.

If you have been working out for a little bit and are ready to to take your training to the next level, this belt provides a unique training opportunity. The triceps are rough 60% of your upper arm mass. You may find that when doing dips that you now can easily push out 25 plus of your own body weight. This belt allows you to add addition weight to this process and aim for repetitions in a low range and gain great results. Please note that the belt is 48 inches in length and are positioned above your belt line, over your stomach. So if you have a barrel belly this may be a tight fit. The belt is secured in place not by velcro or belt loops but by a rubberized strip on the belt that when fed through the buckle offers some friction resistance. It is a little tricky to get the belt fed through at first. There are two D loops on the belt approximately in line with each hip. This is where the clips and chain attach to. To add weight you simply remove one side and feed the chain through the weight. This would be typically an olympic plate with a 2 inch diameter hole. The belt itself seems to be may of good material and the chain and clips do not seem to be cheap. I wouldn't load on more than 50 lbs. Time will tell if this will hold up.

The Walito 2IN1 Weight Lifting Belt is perfect for my needs. So far I've used it for weighted dips, pullups, and cable calf raises. The metal chain belt connections are wider apart than my previous belt, which I really like. I did add my own extra large carabiner rather than using the self-locking buckle system to open and close it, but that's just for my preference.

This is a fairly solid weight lifting belt. It feels like it has good support when doing squats, or dead lifts. The only issue I have come across is the strap itself. It is difficult to get it properly tightened (it doesn't have holes/clasp like a regular belt) and the little rubber pieces that are designed to help it stay in place feels like they will wear down fairly quickly. It's a good budget friendly weight belt, but not really built for a ton of usage (so far as I can tell). Not bad, but not great either.

I've never used a belt like this before, for exercising, but it was simple to get setup and works wonderful to make certain bodyweight exercises more difficult by adding extra weight. The two carabiners are sturdy, with strong springs (almost too strong). The chain which you loop through weights is also sturdy too.

The Weight Lifting Belt is pretty solid. The self-locking part works fine, and it’s nice that it doubles as a dip belt. The chain holds up well for pull-ups, and overall, it’s comfortable enough for workouts. Just a good, straightforward piece of gym gear.
