There's lots of people saying it cracks while hand tightening but I feel like they where a little bit to excited with the product. Over all the part is plastic but as long as you dont tighten it to much or put a heavy monitor your good. Some screws do feel like they are stuck but nothing wd40 wont help loosen. I'd would of perferd it 5 inches taller but I just added a box under as shown in the picture to raise it up a bit. Oh and they send you two ways to put into your table. One is the clamp that you can see on there pictures and the other on is one that you can drill a hole on you table if you dont have any way of clamping it. ... show more

I like this mount a lot, especially at the low price, but one feature that it could have is to adjust the height of the two monitors individually. I have two different monitors and the vesa mounts are not completely in line. So one monitor sits about an inch above the other, which is irritating when trying to work across both screens. If I could adjust the height of each monitor separately, I would give this five stars. ... show more

Bought this mount since I am now working from home like many of us are. It is very easy to put together and the arms articulate and rotate so you can place your monitors exactly where you want. I wanted to have my monitors touching on the short side so this took a little maneuvering to make happen. In order to not have the monitors sticking way out (I wanted my monitors to be as flush with the back of the desk/wall as possible) I actually removed one of the 2 arms from one side. After that slight modification I got the look I wanted and I've been very happy. The assembly tools and cable management clips are a nice bonus too. ... show more

For the price, this is a great addition to my desk. Installation was a breeze - took ~30mins to mount to the desk and the monitors. The desk mount compression device could have been a little more accommodative given the narrow ridge on most wooden desktops. Wish there was a clamp-type device on the main support to adjust the height easily (instead of bringing out the Allen key to loosen and tighten the assembly with monitors on). The product works just as advertised. Trying to put it together...... yeah. Whoever the HELL wrote the instructions needs to be taken out back and beaten with a fire hose. Once I threw away the directions, and started using my head, it was easy to put together. The screw holes for the desk mount were messed up, so if your not familiar with how to re-thread a screw hole, think twice about it. Otherwise, it works, and for the price, can't really complain. "You get what you pay for" is all too true of a statement. ... show more

The system was made for monitors and I converted them to use on two 32 inch TVs, I'm very please that its been holding strong and all the movement are simple to adjust. The only thing that took me a while to setup was mounting of the neck because of the hole needed to be drill.

This is an excellent dual monitor mount. Prior to this one Inpurchased a more expensive one. Turnsnout they sent a used one. As I was searching another mount I came across with this. Excellent value and very easy to put together. On top of the tools included with the package I used a phillips screw driver. One suggestion as you put this mount together make sure to over-tighten the large hex screws at the end tighten them anlitte more once tou get your seaired adjustment. Sits solid, no wobble nothing. Works great for everything I've put it with and saves me a bunch of desk space. I ran two 25 inch monitors on it and it handled it great! The instructions aren't too hard to interpret and they're pretty straightforward and you have PLENTY of options to choose from. This thing is a bit on the heavy side but it feels sturdy and i doubt its going anywhere. I upgraded to 27 inch monitors and this stand is going strong. It comes with allen wrenches to adjust the tightness/looseness of the joints, which helps a lot if you want to adjust your monitors a little bit, or want it solid. ... show more
