    • Disappointed: Coring Aerator broke below the weld connecting the U-shaped tube to handle
Received on September 2nd 2022. It broke on September 27th 2022. Used it on well watered lawn as recommended. The U-shaped tubing sheared off just below the weld connecting it to the handle. Left a big hole in the U-shaped tubing. Tubing looks to me to be too thin. Devoid of any reinforcement. I can't recommend this tool for clay soil. It's a shame. The coring effort was working well and very easy right up until the moment that the tool broke. Had the occasion to use an old metal food skewer to unclog one of the ground penetrating tubes. That and water afforded an easy clean out. Disappointed that the tool broke. I'll have to find another solution for my clay soil. ... show more

    • Was not durable, Pole Broke in Half during use
I used this a few times in my yard over the last month, it was easy to assemble and did the job ok. Unfortunately, yesterday when I was using it the pole snapped in half. The material isn't that sturdy.

    • It works - And so do you. But it does work.
I was skeptical as I'm sure most are, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Once I got used to it and develop a rhythm, I timed myself on a 800 sq foot section of my grass. Inserting the probe every 8-15" the 800sq foot section took me about 30 minutes. Not bad in my opinion. Now may think you're a little off but hopefully the process makes my lawn look better than theirs next spring. I will say I was going to either pay someone to do this (too expensive) or rent a very heavy machine (too heavy and big for the car) So I'm very pleased that this worked 100% as hoped for. ... show more

Got this delivered about an hour ago and put it right to use. It was super easy to assemble. I looked at the box and thought hmm is something missing? I didn't want to have to rent some big piece of equipment or pay someone a lot to do the relatively small bit of land I had that needed to be areated and I guess I got lucky that I watered yesterday afternoon after I placed my next day delivery order. Took 2-3 minutes to assemble, and within 5 minutes I was back in my backyard going to it. The ground wasn't nearly as compacted as I expected and my tubes are currently clogged grr they've gone back and forth on clogged and not clogged. . I've been at it an hour, so far and I should be done with what I need in an hour or so. Hopefully it'll be unclogged by then. Definitely better with wet ground even if I have the clog lol. ... show more
