As the my title says, it’s bad, but my taste buds have been adjusted to crap like this. It works well for me as a quick appetite suppressor and it mixes well with jams. I use it on rice cakes and my egg white wraps. I eat very healthy but odd tasting things.

As Long time diabetic, I am always searching for low carb options that tastes somewhere near regular sugared products. Very few carb reduced products come close to the taste of the regular product. This product was very expensive and I had high hopes for its taste coming near regular jams/jelly. I was willing to pay the premium price if it did. But it did not, both in taste and texture it just plain sucked. It was runny & tasted terrible. It's high price was not reflected in the product. I won't buy this again. To make sure it was not just me, I had someone else taste test it. They gagged.

I am all for eating whatever is in front of me, especially nut butter. BUT this was absolutely revolting and tasted like mucus. I kept trying to give it another shot, but the ingredients made me throw it away. It has horrrrrrrrrrible additives and was way to expensive for what it is. Also, why do you need an unhealthy sweetener (sucralose) in peanut butter????

This is singly the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I bought this after ignoring others warnings . Pancreatitis has me trying new fat free things regularly. I should have heeded the earnings. Will not buy from this store again.

Seriously, these reviewers are tough! I almost didn't buy it - the reviews are so God-awful - but I'm glad I took the risk. Do I want to slather it on my toast? No, but it's also not the horrible abomination that many of the reviews indicate. In my opinion it's a bit too sweet, and there isn't much of a peanut flavor, but it's pleasant enough tasting. A little pricey (I'd never pay this much for regular peanut butter), but it's also a large jar, and you don't need to use that much. I can definitely see myself cooking with this, flavoring smoothies, etc. More than that, it makes a great base! Do yourself a favor, and get a powdered peanut butter like PB2. You can experiment with amounts yourself, but I find that 1/8 cup of this with 2 tablespoons of PB2 makes a very nice peanut spread. It thickens it up nicely, and gives it much more of that peanut butter flavor without adding a ton of calories, and is enough for two pieces of toast, easily. I am doing WW, and the entire amount is only one point, as opposed to 6 for only 2T of regular peanut butter. It's never going to replace my favorite Skippy, but if you're looking to cut calories and fat, this is a great alternative.
