It's not often that I'm really impressed with a new product on the market. In the world of nut butters, what could anyone expect that would really be new? When I first heard about PB2 products on a food blog, I was skeptical to say the least. When I showed it to my wife, she was even more skeptical. But then I took a piece of freshly baked banana bread, reconstituted some chocolate PB2 and spread it on top. We were both amazed. While PB2 isn't exactly like peanut butter, it is plenty close for me. The peanut flavor is true and tasty. Considering the savings in calories, this is one of the best calorie saving products I've seen introduced in a very long time. My only con is the cost. The stuff is expensive. As such, it will remain a product we don't indulge in as often as we like. But when the mood strikes, it's good to know we can enjoy peanut butter and still manage to lose weight. 5 stars for product quality, flavor and ingenuity. 2 stars for price. Perhaps that can improve as their customer base grows - I can only hope. Regular PB2 and Chocolate PB2 both work great for me. Some may not prefer the chocolate flavor, but that's as much personal taste as anything else. The quality of the product is very good.

This stuff could become addictive! We haven't quite figured out all the ways to use it yet, but it tastes so yummy! I think next time I will get the regular peanut butter flavor to try. This one definitely tastes more like chocolate than peanut butter, but no one is complaining here! Great substitute for our diet! I was a little weirded out about the idea of a powdered peanut butterlike product, but once you mix it with water per the instructions, it becomes creamy and delicious! It seems a little pricey, but I would buy again!

Ive been using the PB2 products for about 3 months as a snack for a weight loss diet regimen. This product is wonderful - it is tasty, delicious and feels like a guilty pleasure that is high on protein and low on fat. My favorite way to use it is on a tortilla (lo cal of course!) between meals or for dessert. It hits the spot. I especially love the chocolate flavor which totally helps me through any sweet cravings! The jar is light weight and I carried it with me to use on a recent Italy trip to help avoid all the temptations there. I lost 6# on the trip! So happy to be able to get the produce through Amazon.

Not as chocolatey as I had hoped, but this is still great! With most of the fatty stuff removed, I don't feel so guilty eating this by the spoonful... If you mix the powder by the package instructions, it comes out a little watery for my taste, so I mix it with about half or 3/4 the amount of water it calls for and it's perfect! Thick like PB, but not overly sweet like some brands. Also, no stirring the jar like the "natural" PB I used to get... In a house like mine, where my husband still thinks he's 12 and would take a PB sammy over a hot meal, this concept is great, because the powdered state extends the shelf life. Without the oils to go rancid, this should keep forever (as if PB in any form ever had a chance to go bad in my house...). I have recently been mixing this to it's watery consistency and adding it with some banana to my morning protein shake and it's great! You do have to churn it up good with a spoon though, because the shaker bottles won't break up all the clumps (and there's still some cocoa powder bits that don't dissolve). But low-carb-ers beware! The carb count doesn't change much from regular PB to PB2... and the protein content is virtually the same. Oh well. I would like to get a little more product for the price, but overall, this is some quality stuff. I can't say I will buy it regularly, because the hubby still prefers his JIF, but I will continue to get it for myself, as a treat.

I stumbled upon this product while doing an Amazon search for Miracle Noodle, and luckily for me, that search found me my new favorite health food EVER. I was very skeptical when I saw the description, but I read the overwhelmingly positive reviews and decided to give it a shot. I absolutely LOVE this stuff. It's super easy to make too... just pour the powder, add water, and mix. I would suggest adding the powder and mixing in the water bit by bit. I haven't had peanut butter in years... I developed stomach issues and foods that are too heavy or very high in fat make my condition worse, but this takes me right back to the days I could eat peanut butter by the spoonful. I just ordered the 2 pack, and I can't wait for it to get here :)

Yes the fat is really low, but the sugar is really high, (chocolate doesn't help ) and there is not much protein compared to regular peanut butter. It tastes good, but although it has a hint of peanut butter, it doesn't seem like peanut butter. Probably better as an ingredient with other ingredients when cooking, making drinks, smoothies, etc, than using on a sandwich.

I follow weight watchers, and I find the PB2 perfect for baking. I use it as a replacement for peanut butter or a partial replacement for it to bring down the fat content of regular peanut butter. the chocolate peanut butter gives even some more versatility for my needs. In addition to baking with PB2, I also use it to mix up some peanut butter for a sandwich or topping for snacks. I highly recommend the PB2 with chocolate- it tastes great.
