This jelly tasted a bit like Kool-Aid and was a little bit runny, but the flavor was OK. Not bad, but could be better. It's really difficult to get 'real thing' jelly when trying to watch calories. So I guess one has to be grateful when someone really tries to do their best. To be honest, we only used it two or three times. And it sat in the fridge for a while, ending up getting moldy. Being back on the Keto/weight loss plan, but also being an avid home baker, I had been wanting to attempt a raspberry & rose- flavored creation. While I had heard of Walden Farms for years, I was leery of their ingredients, given the 0 calorie claim. It seems they have changed them to those which I am far more comfortable consuming, so I took a chance. This is quite good. Spreadable on a Keto wrap or low-carb bread, and full of raspberry flavor that really truly hits the spot for me. And that little bit of watery stuff? I have been adding it to my coffee for a great bonus treat! If you’re a Keto-esque foodie, or have to limit your intake of certain macros, it’s perhaps worth a try. I like it! ... show more

The flavor was good. Unfortunately, the product, got mold in about 3 weeks! I kept it constantly refrigerated too. The texture was like trying to spread jello. Lol

Don’t buy this one. Get choc zero instead. This was very runny, more like a sauce. I added chia seeds to thicken it up but it’s still not that good.
