This is much too small front to back, and I have a small head. The cap needs to be a little wider as well. Let's face it; most of us are buying this because we are thinning on the top. This piece is very light weight and good for initial frontal/crown hair loss. The hair quality was also similar to my natural hair. I ordered the natural black topper. Unfortunately, the base mesh came in black color instead of nude/skin color. This makes it look very artificial and feels like there is no part on my scalp.
