This comforter was a great purchase. It is very thick and soft and seems to be of good quality. When i received it in such a small package, I was afraid that it was very thin. But then I realized it was vacuum packed and when I opened the package it fluffed up right away. I am VERY happy with the quality, but I feel I must caution about the color. Half of my bedroom is painted midnight blue. This comforter is a very unusual color. Until I put it in my bedroom, it looked decidedly grey. That was not what I was hoping for. But, when I got it in there it looked far more blue. I was very happy with that. I think that in a grey area it will appear grey and in a blue room the blue will dominate. I feel anyone who orders this will be pleased. I am!

Ok to begin with the look of the comforter is exactly as pictured. It is lovely and soft very pretty grey blue color with sweet little golden birds and butterflies but the coloring is spot on to not be overly feminine. I did not want it to be super "girlie" and have my boyfriend not be at home in our room..if that makes any sense..So for that it's perfect. Here are my issues. To preface.. I have a raised bed with a fitted queen mattress. After washing the bedding the filler shrinks and bunches :( to the point that it barely covers the bottom of the mattress and the under blanket and sheets (both queen size) are clearly visible hanging out from under the comforter. I am so bummed. Also if you need a little extra to tuck under the end of the mattress to secure it in place you are losing about a foot and a half at the top of your bed for sleeping. Again..big bummer. The bunching in the filler is so bad at the bottom of the bedding that it gives an lumpy, old and worn look..mind you this is after one wash on gentle cycle in a full capacity machine. I am truly disappointed but here's the kicker. I still love this comforter set. The pillow cases are perfect. Nice secure envelope style very polished looking. I am hoping the fabric filler will "relax" and smooth out..if not I will have to return the product...but again..I like the bedding so much that I will reorder in a king size and will have it professionally washed at a dry cleaner the first time if needed to keep the shape and integrity of the comforter in place. Last note to make is this bedding is a complete comforter with filler as noted and not a duvet cover..I had concerns when the package came because it is so small..they compress all the air out to ship but it fluffs right up when you open it. It absolutely needs to be washed the first time you use it as it has major creasing from the packaging and smells funky..like plastic and chemicals (one wash smell is gone). Over all..not bad..but not awesome.

At first I planned to send these back because the color was much lighter than the pictures show, BUT they come with a trial, so I put them on my bed. Hubby wasn't too impressed at first, but again that was just by looking at them. Then we turned in for the night. Nice comforter, but I commented that I might add a second blanket because the comforter is so airy and light. NO NEED! Whatever fairy hands created this cloud-in-a-blanket made it perfect! It's light, but holds all the heat. I still find myself putting a leg outside the blanket. No smell when I first opened the packaging, the comforter puffs up in no time at all, and the pillow cases stay in place on the pillows. The ONLY drawback I can find is that it's so hard to get out of bed now!

The color is definitely not navy/dark blue like the advertised picture. It looks like denim jeans. The trees and birds don't really seem to pop, the colors are pretty muted altogether. The fabric feels a tad stiff. It is not as soft as I would like, but it is still comfortable. It also feels like the stuffing is a bit lacking in some spots. The fit was fine, no issue there. Overall definitely not an amazing comforter, but it's decent enough and it does what a comforter is supposed to.

Color is much lighter than I expected, maybe two shades up, but dang! This is soft and cuddly and silky! Nice and light, too, so you won't get too hot but can enjoy snuggling up 😭I'm really impressed, I'll recommend this brand for budgets, honestly. Got matching sheets, too!
