This product ruined my life. One month ago I was trimming nose hair, and in a particularly bushy nostril it locked up, such that the trimmer itself was hanging out of my nose and spinning rapidly. It took an impressive 2 hours for the battery to die enough to the point where I could grab it and turn it off. BUT, In the mean time, I had a video conference call with my company's CEO and BOD that I could not cancel or get out of. There I was, explaining why profits were down in my division 300% and why the company & I had been named in assault charges, with a nose hair trimmer hanging from my nose in frantic rotation. Thanks to this trimmer, I lost my job. For updated versions, I would recommend this trimmer had sharper blades and more horsepower. ... show more

    • It just doesn't cut well.
I'd been using a nose hair trimmer I bought 10 + years ago. It finally quit holding a charge (rechargeable) & so I had to replace it. I settled on this one. Disappointment. I've used it for about 9 months now and it simply leaves most nose hair intact. I can NEVER get them as short (almost invisible) as I could with the previous brand, and more often than not - even after going over them multiple times, I can hardly tell its cutting. It DOES cut some, as I can see particles, but it like cuts only the outer tip ends and leaves 1/8 to 1/4" uncut. If I turn it in unusual configurations and go over and over and over and over ... I can improve on that slightly, but not sufficiently. I know from experience these things can perform better. Therefore I've decided to go shopping for another brand that (hopefully) will cut closer. After 9 months of more frequent use than I would have hoped for, it's still going strong, so OK there. And the little 'brow' trimmer works fine. But the nose hairs ... I gotta find something better. ... show more

I bought the Wahl thinking it was a good brand. Does not cut the hairs. I went back to my other trimmers and I can tell that none of the hairs were cut by the Wahl. I was going to return it. But it seemed like to much of a hassle. Just disappointed it didn't work.

I'm 40 years old and about 4 years ago, I began nose puberty. This thing is awesome and for as cheap as it is, there's just no reason to have the dreaded old man straggler hair creeping around. It's so cheap in fact, I couldn't believe just how effective it was/is. Everybody should have one of these once that part of life begins - you won't regret it! ... show more

I was extremely disappointed to find out this was made in Thailand. Wahl a German made product that you can trust and that's what I thought I was getting. I don't remember seeing the made in Thailand branding anywhere just the big old Wahl insignia

Wahl Lighted Ear, Nose & Brow Trimmer Clipper arrived in great condition and worked great for trimming my nose, ear and brow hairs. The nose trimmer attachment is easily removed and the ear and brow trimmer easily attached. Both work great. I like being able to change batteries rather than wait for a charge... that is why I purchased this model. One of the attachments is really small so could be easily lost if you are not careful, but I haven't had a need to use it so that's not a big deal to me. The trimmer I replaced was poorly built and the switch stopped working. This one is much better and was about the same price. Very happy with the purchase. ... show more

This piece of junk is a Wahl?! For years I used their hair cutting products with gratifying results, until I wasted money on this. Dollar Store products are a better buy. Even with new batteries the motor repeatedly slows even when not cutting. Butter knives cut better than this. Just a frustrating waste of time and money.     • Doesn’t cut very closely imho!
The machine is ok. Personally I don’t care for it as I was looking for a closer nose trim than what I get from this. Currently I’ve been using little scissors to cut nose hairs, but it isn’t the safest idea. Scissors do work so much better though. It doesn’t seem like this cuts well unless you have very long nose hairs, which I don’t, so it didn’t trim well where I needed it. It will probably work fine for others, just not me. Unfortunately I can’t return it because I waited too long as my nose hairs were growing to see how it would work (even though that was driving me crazy). Again, scissors were the answer. Maybe I can repurpose this trimmer so that it is useful to me. ... show more
