Good price and Great Fit -R/O Measurements were spot-on ! Used one window for my remodled Old Racing Pigeon loft. Framed and extension on which included a small feed section. I left the opening for a window wider than the call out R/O for standard windows. So this was both close and what I wanted. I used some 1x3's to narrow the R/O down and was happy it was an outside flange with screws . Running trim and a small bead of caulk on the outside of the window was easy.In short it was fortunate that I found this on Amazon. It fits so well and looks like it had been a part of the plan.... all along (smile) Not your dual-pane-insulated high end but just a wonderful little window and it came in a brown color -also. With it facing south-east. I bought a small roll of U.V. self adhesion "Stained Glass" pattern vinly = it's subtle- and hard to notice until the Sun starts beating down before noon and then casts a faint little rainbow pattern inside the small feed room. The paint brown paint on the window as held up very well ! Full Sun and Rain - It's a two click window stop potstion and other than small sharp? rough edges on the release lift latches - it's smooth and easy to lift and open Allowing for a little more ventilation ~~``~~~ The combination of the beautiful little window and " U.V." shade material makes me often feel like I am walking into Heaven ? We are rebuilding a pole barn, and these windows are perfect for letting in a little extra light and air flow. The windows arrived on time indicated and were packed very well. My main concern was adequate packaging to survive UPS handling. Two windows per box with padding around each window and banding straps to keep everything securely together. Painted mounting screws were included. The tempered glass makes these windows perfect for sheds, children's playhouses, and animal enclosures. Good quality and ease of installation, but I did not want panes and will have to remove manually. Architectural appeal demanded that I have no panes. I will submit photos when finished. I ordered the smaller windows and will finish my review later

The window arrived packed very well and survived the 10 days of UPS abuse except for some bent flanges on the corners. This damage was easily rectified, however. All you need to do is frame a square 24 1/2" by 27 1/2" rough opening and you are in business!
