The media could not be loaded. I got this as a Christmas present for my big brother who burns insence, But he burned his sticks on cans which is messy and just sucks. He absolutely loves this, and we sat in silence watching it burn. The smoke pools and flows down beautifully and it reminds me of Studio Ghibli films. Absolutely would recommend, 12/10. Very calming, the color is beautiful, it works well, it's decently sturdy. (but be careful with it). And it holds the incense very well. I love it.

I was unable to find the difference lengths at other places, but I found them here and the colors that I wanted. Only the Ceramic Backflow Incense Holder ( intact ) and one bundle of artificial little lotus leaves was delivered, never got the other parts that was supposed to come with it. Which were, 48 pcs incense cones, three kinds of scent. 1 pcs mat. 1 pcs metal tweezers. (Used to remove burnt incense cones) 1 x incense sticks tube (contains about 30 pcs incense sticks)

I purchased this thinking it probably was going to be a waste of money and not visually do what it’s supposed to do. Of course the cones will burn and fill the air with whatever smell it’s supposed to smell like, but the way the smoke falls down through the hole on this Incent burner making it look like the water has smoke on it or whatever the piece looks like that you’ve purchased, that part being a success is the part I honestly didn’t have faith in. I’m happy to report that it does indeed work. As long as you line up the holes to be right ontop of one another. (Holes on bottom of incent cone and hole on the burner itself.) I hope you find joy and peace in your burner as my household has. It’s really quite nice.

I purchased two of these for myself. The first thing I noticed was that the ceramic fountain was so poorly made that it was nearly impossible to set the cones and a spot or it was flat and stable on top of the fountain. The cones included with the fountains smell like charcoal mixed with tar! If you use these, be prepared for the fact that these cones only burn approximately 4 minutes max, depending on how you like them. Don't turn your back on them since they do not have a secure way of setting the cones upright due to the imperfections of the mold used to make them. The third instance cone I lit and placed on the fountain burned for approximately 1 minute before falling off the top and burning a hole in the top of my cherry dresser. Fortunately I was there in the room when I smelled it it's starting to burn and was able to put the cone into a coffee cup and get it off of the top of my dresser. Otherwise, it could have caused an intense fire. These are very small fountains, poorly made, and are dangerous because of the poor quality and manufacturing. The cones smell like charcoal and/or tar. Definitely would not recommend.

This Ceramic Backflow Waterfall Burner performs perfectly. It really is amazing to see the smoke gently flow -- exactly like water. Well, it was for me, anyway, since I wasn't aware these even existed. Regarding the seller, I can't say enough about the customer service provided. The scent was a bit strong for me -- and so I ended up deciding to return this item. In the process, however, I had some difficulty with the QR code (which I eventually found). Through Amazon, I contacted the seller about the problem (before I had actually fixed it) -- and he or she responded in less than 24 hours -- offering me the refund even if I couldn't find the right QR code. Very happy ending to the story -- the item was returned to the seller -- and I was given the refund. But I wanted to make sure to make a written record of how impressed I was with this seller's customer service. It just doesn't get any better, right?
