  • Multi purpose
Size: 10ft x 5ft
I was disgusted with the wall behind my stove top, it always looked dirty from grease. Not anymore.... I cleaned the wall and my husband and I took 1 piece of vvivid and ran ii from the corner all the way behind the refrigerator... A couple of sprays of all purpose cleaner and a paper towel is all it takes to clean this product.... I'm considering buying more to use as wallpaper for another kitchen wall just to tie it all together. It's very important that your surfaces are smooth and absolutely debris free otherwise the results won't be great. Sorry for the shadowing in my picture ... show more

  • Good product
Size: 2ft x 5ft
Well it not as easy as the videos look. If you're talented it works. Do not put on the top of dash. It gets super hot in the sun and reflects off the windshield and you can't see out very good. I had to remove it.

  • Good vinyl, color is off...
Size: 4ft x 5ft
EDIT: VviVivid vinyl works well if you're using the right product fore the job. Adhesive promotor is an absolute must, especially interior plastics, especially along the outside edges. 3M snap and use works well. The colors are all over the place... "Dark Grey" appears more silvery, the "Black" is just that, no grey intended. If you're looking for a DARK grey, there isn't one, "Gunmetal" is your best option... buy the smallest piece(s) available if you're unsure. Photos attached to show the differences. Original review re "Dark Grey" I have used Vvivid Vinyl on the past, the product itself works great. The color on the dark grey carbon fiber changes drastically in different lighting situations (see vehicle interior photos), looks more silver or aluminum than dark grey. ... show more

  • Thick enough but has crease lines
Size: 6ft x 5ft (Hood, Roof or Trunk Wrap Kit)
This is my first hood wrap. From highway driving my hood has a ton of paint chips and paint peeling. My wife said: THAT'S ENOUGH!!! So I bought this wrap. Cons: The wrap came in a long thin box and was bent. In the picture, you can see the impact on the wrap. I would have returned it but it is an old car and we just want to hide the hood imperfections. You can also see that when unrolling the wrap that there are creases that are outside of the bent area. If you are working alone and have not done this before you will most likely get frustrated (but this is not the wraps fault). I used some primer spray paint (and had it dry over a day) and when pulling back the wrap to re-adjust, it did pull up some of the paint from the primer. Be aware of this if you are looking for perfection as the paint is stuck to the wrap and may cause a small imperfection when laid back down on the car. Pros: The wrap seems thick. I had my two kids help and we were able to peel back the wrap MULTIPLE times and re-lay when getting rid of air pockets or lines. The wrap showed no signs of weakening (or tearing). This is what I liked most about the wrap. The 5'x7' was enough for my hood with enough play on each side (if you have a larger hood this may be a tighter fit). It accomplished my goal of making my hood look better. Summary: I would have given it a 4 but the product came in damaged. This could be protected by having a possible thicker box or a cardboard core inside the wrap rolling. If I was looking closer to perfection I would have returned the wrap for one that was not creased. The wrap itself was thick and able to accomplish the task at hand. While you can still see some imperfections in the front of the hood (not the wraps fault) the wrap makes the car look a lot better and I have even received compliments from strangers. Hope this review helps you ... show more

  • Decent quality for the price but not as easy to use as they make it sound.
Size: 4ft x 5ft
It's a good product overall. Looks good on the car if you get it done right. Takes getting used to. I'd buy extra and try some of the easier things you want to do first. Applying heat makes it more flexible but it starts sticking fast. Too much heat and it blisters. You go from stretch to blister quickly if you use a heat gun so beware. Go easy with the heat. A regular hair dryer will work but is slow going. Doing panels and trim on the car isn't bad. Interior is pretty good. Doing wheels other than the flat part is difficult. I've done 2 sets of wheels now and it takes some time and doesn't like compound curves. I had to cover major areas then cut strips and shapes and apply in the areas not covered. Since it is a carbon fiber look you can line it up so it appears to flow. For what I wanted the cost is fine. Doing a full vehicle would be expensive and very time consuming. You'd have a lot of waste. All in all I'm glad I got it. The nice thing is when you don't like it you can just peel it off. Much easier to remove than Plastidip. Make sure your surface prep is done really well or you'll have places it won't want to stick. I think some surface prep material to help adhesion wouldn't be a bad idea but may make it painful to remove later. Sooner or later this stuff is going to come off. ... show more

  • Excellent product!
Size: 3ft x 5ft
I am a Novice with vinyl wrap and have not used any other brand besides VViViD so I can not make a comparison. For my project, I wrapped several interior pieces of new vehicle and used a couple types of VViViD vinyl. Each one of them appeared to be high quality and the Carbon Fiber pattern looks and feels authentic. It was very easy and forgiving to work with. I watched a couple how-to videos found on the internet and only had two failures that had to be done a second time. The redo's were not the fault of the product but rather my inexperience using the product. This wrap can be stretched a lot without deforming the Carbon Fiber pattern if you do it carefully and it sticks very well without the use of a primer. If you do find yourself needing to redo a wrapped piece but are not able to rewrap it then, at least remove the wrap from the piece. I decided to rewrap a piece about a week later and discovered the bonding material is very good. The vinyl does peel off later but the longer it is attached, the better it bonds. I had to spend extra time cleaning the glue off prior to rewrapping. The other item I decided to redo, I removed the wrap within a couple hours after wrapping and it came off with no issues and without leaving any glue behind. The end result looks great. I have had several people see the vehicle for the first time and thought it was original equipment. I am very happy with this product and find myself wanting to wrap everything. ... show more
