The vinyl material itself looks great and is thick enough to be durable; yet the paper behind it, is easy to cut through without pressing to hard on the razorblad itself. The material also allows for quick correction when you apply minumum amounts of heat! The material is flexible enough to allow for mistakes and makes corrections without having to cut new pieces and start all over. It also allows for a generous amount of stretching while appling heat around curves and corners! Like any material, it will "thin-out" the more you heat, pull and, strecth the material. The plastic protective film is ok! At times (especially in concave curves going into a recesses) the protective film can wrinkle however; the vinyl material itself, will not be wrinkled. First time wrapping a whole car, I've done smaller wrap jobs but never a whole car. Watch plenty of tutorials if you're new to wrapping they helped tremendously. Heat gun is a must on corners, also do yourself a favor and pickup knifeless tape, it makes life easier. The wrap is very workable, I tried to use as little heat as possible and just glassed the panels, only on corners did I apply heat. Also make sure and post heat, it'll save you from having to do touch-ups. Beautiful color, I took a picture with a 2021 Crosstrek in Pure Red to show that it's even brighter than that. I bought 3 25x5ft rolls and had most of the 3rd roll left over. I plan on wrapping my other cars with VVIVID in the future. Update 4/1/21: I just wrapped my GTO as well, however I ordered the same exact wrap off of this listing and they sent me a different shade of red as pictured. Super disappointing because I already had a few panels wrapped in the old red before I got the new stuff. Had to re-wrap but I sent back the different shade and they got me the right stuff. ... show more

Another thing to keep in mind is that it’s not a super red color and seems like it has some orange color in it which to me I like but to others might not be what you’re looking for all in all 4 stars and would buy vivid again ... show more

I am not happy bought the 3ft by 5ft roll to make a larger sticker for my jeep the first picture is what I got in the larger roll. Second picture is a previous smaller roll of what I thought I would be getting in the larger roll adhesive is different and there is a difference in thickness

I purchased this to cover a top case where the actual color received want the color on the advertisement and return shipping was more than the cost of this marvelous vinyl- Which worked perfectly. Watch YouTube videos about using product, use a heat gun instead of a hair dryer, have a 2nd set of hands on shaped items to help stretch. Let me get this out of the way I'm not an expert first time wrapping like most everyone else buying this.. Keep in mind for those that wanna try it . It's not easy takes countless hours to do. Also make sure to truly clean underneath and all parts to be wrapped. That being said the wrap its kind of stiff. Lays down fine on flat surfaces. Once you get to the round corners that's where the trouble begins. It does stretch but the bad part is that by stretching it takes away the sticky part of it and doesn't stick like it should no matter if you reheat and actually every time it re heats seems to get less and less sticky. So all the ends even the flat ends start to come up ... show more

Very sticky kept ripping. I have never wrapped a car before so maybe that was my fault. I ran out and had to wrap the hood trunk and roof with a different color. Its very pretty but doesn't hold up very well after one week it was already coming up.
