This is my 1st time buying Value Vinyl and I'm very happy with the quality and value of it. This set has 25) 12 x 12 pieces in a variety of rainbow colors. It feel similar to the Premium but the backing is a little thinner. It will take a bit of trial and error to find the best way to weed but the adhesive is strong. These are a better value when compared to the premium vinyl sold by Cricut, however, when compared to other brands I find there are less expensive options that are comparable. ... show more

I needed a variety of colors and this was a great deal, plus it was delivered pretty much the same day. I could tell that it was a little more difficult to cut than the premium vinyls I was used to, but it worked well for my use. I could tell the adhesive wasn't as tacky as the other vinyls and I had to apply more pressure to get it to stick to my folders. I made sure to clean the surface with alcohol before applying but it still took more pressure to get it to stick and release from the premask. Given the price, I think it's fine for most projects. It weeds pretty easily, just go slow at first and make some relief cuts so you aren't trying to weed too much or too complicated sections at a time and you'll be fine. I cut this on an Explore 3 and used the proper setting and it cute well with an existing used blade, there were no areas that were uncute which was nice! ... show more

    • It has adhesive backing even though at first glance it seems like it doesn't

When I opened this product I thought that it was plain non-adhesive vinyl. It looked thin and I couldn't see any backing. But just to be sure I put it on a Cricut mat and tried to peel a corner, and sure enough it had a backing and peeled up just fine. I use the Cricut Value Vinyl setting with more pressure and it cut just fine. Just know that it is Permanent vinyl and sticks really well. I used it initially on charger plates. When I tried to remove it, it took the top coating off, this is not the fault of the vinyl, it was my fault for not being careful to use removable vinyl. So I liked the product and the price. It looks just as good as other more expensive vinyls. ... show more
