The media could not be loaded. Only minimal complaint is the shelf attachment. I wish there was a more secure place to hold the pens as they keep falling off but otherwise I would highly recommend this product and would purchase again. Product came missing all the screws, anchors and the magnets (parts B, C, D & F). Part E came with one of the black side pieces just laying in the bottom of the box that was able to be secured back on.     • It's a memo board, how excited should I be?

Mounting is at the corners, with plastic caps to cover screw heads. Caps fall out some times. The wall anchors included were junk, too thin and soft. I just used some I had from other things. So far no issues with pen ink stains, cleans well. It's in a hallway with no direct sun though.
