The assembly instructions suck! Watch the video from Jake Reviews and it will help. Determine what shape you want before starting. Make sure that each panel corner snaps into the connector (hear a click) otherwise when you put the door panels they won't hang straight. I got the 48 pair unit. It can be tall or long. The compartments need to be a little wider, I have mens size 10 and ladies size 6.5. These are tight sliding in and out. instructions are terrible finally figured out back panels have to be installed as you build up most important tip: make sure you hear a “snap’ with each panel installed. no “snaps” result in a feeble and wobbly storage unit.

    • it’s what you’d expect but PAY ATTENTION TO THIS

it’s heavy disassembled but when assembled it’s an okay weight not too heavy or light but MAKE SURE you know where you want this to go before putting anything in it. I made that mistake I put it against the wall then after putting all my hair and body care products inside (which added A LOT more weight to TAKE NOTE that the heavier stuff should go to the bottom and the lighter stuff to the top it creates a sturdier base). But I put this drawer against my wall then decided after the fact that I wanted to Scooch it over an inch and it was soooo frustrating. The first row where the heavier stuff was at the bottom kept did assemble and I’d have to sometimes take ALL the products out re assembly the whole row then put the products back in and I still never got the drawer to scooch that inch but at this point I don’t care because I’m NOT re assembly the time part of the drawer that disconnect it can get sooo frustrating. ... show more

I love this! First and foremost this was a great idea and fit perfectly in the area I needed it in. However, there were 2 broken pieces, one shelf and one door. And there was also 2 missing shelf’s. So I ended up using those big cubicles for boots and what not.

It’s easy to put together and sturdy. Sleek and easy to clean also. Doors aren’t always flush to the main part but they also don’t stick out too far either. There also isn’t enough small squares to personalize the structure, so if you don’t want the exact shape in the picture, you are a bit limited.

This product is easy to assemble but just as easily it come apart. If you some pace to work with I would suggest purchasing a different product. when returning the product the seller and Amazon refuses to pay for the full amount of the two items I brought. Only trying to reimburse me for only one.
