I recently purchased the VTech KidiZoom Smartwatch DX3 for my daughter and I am extremely impressed with its features. The watch comes in a cute pink color that my daughter loves and it's very easy to navigate. It has a variety of fun games and activities that keep my daughter entertained and engaged. The camera feature is great, she loves taking pictures and videos of herself and her friends. The watch also includes a step tracker which is a great way to encourage her to stay active. The watch is durable and well made, it has held up well to daily wear and tear. The battery life is also impressive, it lasts for several days on a single charge. My 6 year old is not rough on things at all, but one run into our wall and the watch didn't fair very well ๐Ÿ˜ญ he loves it, fun games and camera. He figured out how to very easily work it. I ordered screen protectors, but they hadn't arrived yet. Didn't want to make him wait to play with his present. Now I'm really regretting it. This is my second VTech watch, I got this for my son. It worked nicely for 2 months and then stopped working. I tried to turn it on/ off and use different cable to charge it, but it did not work. I reached out to the VTech company after 3 months (because I was busy and never thought warranty would be only 3 months) and they refused to replace it. The warranty is only 3 months because it is really cheap, and it might go dysfunctional really quickly. I am very upset with this experience, as I was a big fan of their products. Update 7/28/2022: I contacted the VTech support, they advised me how to fix the issue and now the watch is working. I will update this post if it stops working again. The VTech did show cooperation to replace it if the issue did not resolve... ... show more
