So I was really excited to get this because my husband needed his beard trimmed more than anything! We opened the box and it was dead. The instructions said it should have come with at least two hours of charge but DEAD. So we unboxed and checkout all the nice accessories. When I looked at the accessories they were all clean and nice. When I took the blade that came on the main unit that it came with the did look dirty. Love the cape and scissors! But it but it on the base to charge and nothing lit up. No indication it was charging. Waited about 20 min, it was still at zero. I took it off the base and plugged the cord directly into the bottom of the unit and it began to charge. We charged it overnight and it got to 99, but we figured we would give it a try. It gave my husband a decent trim he loved all the different attachments and how easy it was to interchange them. Gave him a good trim, but I still question if it was used because of the dirty main attachment and the charging issue. 11/22 updated vendor reached out and made it right.

I purchased this set recently for my partner . He was impressed by how quiet the trimmer is and the attachments that it comes with. When I purchased it was on sale and I think its a good deal for everything it comes with.

Quiet. Cuts well. Even works well in all of the private areas without cutting you up. Only complaint is with the charger. It doesn’t fit in and charge over time. I need to lean something up against it so it charges. Frustrating but it still charges.

The product is good and works, until it turns on randomly and drains its battery on you on the daily. It’s marketed as waterproof but I I think something went wrong while using in the shower. The product constantly turns on and off at random times, I find myself checking my bathroom cuz I hear a buzzing noise and it turns out to be my trimmer on at like 11pm. I also try to not leave it out with a blade on to prevent the blades from overheating and wearing out when it’s not in use from turning on randomly. The product is good but beware of this potential issue. I’ve had this product for around 2 years and this happened around 2 months from owning and I have been thinking of leaving a review for the longest time and never got to it and here I am finally doing it. 1/5 stars works when it works but works too often when you don’t want it to
