I bought this bag simply because it was small lightweight and I would use it on my motorcycle. I Used it for about four or five months no problems no issues. The laptop holder was perfect. I was able to fit anything I really needed in there throughout the day with all the comfort. Last Friday I got into a pretty bad wreck on my bike. The details aren’t that important but I did survive which is nice hahaha I will say I had at the time of the accident I only had my laptop and notebook and a couple other small things. The straps on the backpack did end up breaking, but that was the least of my worries after coming home from the hospital after the surgeries I opened up my bag and was really worried about my laptop The accident was pretty bad. All of my clothes were severely ripped. My skin was tore up and like I said the straps were broken. But when I opened up my laptop it turned right on, no cracks no issues this backpack saved my business while it flew through the air with me for approximately 50 feet tumbled on the ground for approximately another 100 feet and like I said the straps did rip but the laptop was not broken. I was very surprised and very thankful. the backpack is very comfortable to wear. It’s very sleek and lightweight I give it a 9/10 great product all around. ... show more

edited from 1 star: the company reached out to me and offered a refund for ripped backpack, which i appreciate. original: bought on feb 17, ripped on march 23 (6 days after return window closed). very disappointing. the seam running down the middle of the straps (not load bearing) tore open. no reason this should happen other than terrible wuality and weak stitching ... show more

I'm giving 4 stars for now only because I haven't used it yet to test sturdiness but I will update at a later time. I love this backpack already though and as long as the durability is good this will be the best backpack for me. I needed one for school that is all black but simple. I love that this has 2 waterbottle pouches on the sides. They looked small at first but I can fit a full sized shaker bottle in with no problem. The front pocket is spacious enough for my long wallet and phone to be on the outside with extra room for gum, keys or a snack. The inside is spacious for books and I love that it has the laptop pouch in the back. I won't be using it for that but it will be a great separator for my pens and highlighters. Lastly I love love love the secret pocket on the back. The pocket is located on the back of the backpack where your back rests against the bag. It is very spacious inside of it and very discreet. If I wanted to wear this in town I would put my wallet inside it to feel safer that someone would just unzip the small pouch on the front of the bag and slip my wallet out.
