I like the fact that it has two water bottle pockets, as I'm usually out all day working and do not buy bottled water, preferring to take my own from the at-home filter. There's a laptop pocket and a convenient hidden pocket for cash, phone, change, etc. I'm not sure how well it would hold up if someone is carrying a very heavy load (student with multiple textbooks, etc), but for my standard everyday use, it is a quality product with solid craftsmanship. So far, this backpack has been great. It’s average size, which is ideal for work. Nothing too big. I don’t carry heavy books, so I’m not sure how sturdy it can be. I like the side pockets. They’re pretty deep; great for holding my umbrella or drink. The divider in the main pocket is perfect for my laptop. Plus the back pocket is ideal for thin folders and other documents. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the purchase. UPDATE: it’s been several months & both pockets on the side have ripped. Otherwise, everything else is holding up fine. If you use those side pockets daily, or multiple times per day, be prepared to sew/glue them back to the backpack. ... show more

Perfect for what I wanted to do for it. Seems to be a sturdy pack. Lots of room for books, laptop, and lunch bag. Side pocket fits a 24oz water bottle with ease.

This backpack is very small when compared to others and only has one main big pocket, front pocket and little back side pocket then pockets for bottles on each side but don't see anyone being able to fit much in this backpack because it is very cheaply made! I just wanted a simple plain black backpack and liked the look of this one. Yes, it is inexpensive but with all the good reviews it seemed as though it was still a good purchase. I've worn this a handful of times over the past 2 weeks and just noticed today that a side pocket has ripped halfway down...I was not expecting it to fall apart in 2 weeks, no matter what the price. I purchased this backpack for my son, to protect his portable DVD player during travel from home to the car to grandma’s house. It does what I hoped and more! Not only does it have an inside back pocket that’s cushioned to protect the player, it also has enough room inside to hold his favorite book, a sweatshirt and has outside front pocket space for pencils/pens.     • Not durable. Seams ripping I'm a weeks use.
Purchased 2.ome.for dance bag and one for summer bag. Embroidered on both and fabric was great for embroidery, but they are very thin and cheaply made when it comes to stitching of seams. Both side pockets ripping off after a week of use. Only had sunglasses stored in them.
