I've only been using this purse for a week so I can't say anything yet about the pleather's wear and tear, but overall it looks and feels like a quality product. Stitching looks good, all of the zippers open and close smoothly, the shoulder strap is easily adjustable, and the material is buttery soft. And it's so light! There are three outside pockets that are roomy enough to hold bulky items like my keys without creating weird bulges. The two center pockets are the same size, one of which has a small interior zipper pocket, that are large enough to hold my reading glasses without worry that they'll be crushed plus a 16oz water bottle (placed horizontally) when needed. A large wallet would fit, but I'd check the dimensions to be sure. Oh, and there are two open pockets on the ends, just under where the shoulder strap connects to the bag. Definitely not large enough for a cell phone, but one pocket is comfortably holding my bottle of hand sanitizer and a pen without them spilling out. In fact, the only "downside" I've noticed so far is the lining in the two main pockets is loose, as another reviewer mentioned. The pocket liner seemed like it could be annoying, but once I put items in the pockets, the liner stays in place and doesn't get in the way when I reach in to get something. ... show more

This was perfect for changing to a smaller bag for weekends or travel. It soft and holds more than you would expect. The strap is long enough to wear as a cross body bag, so no fear of it slipping off your shoulder. Good bag for the price and have recommended to others.

VOLGANIK ROCK Purses for Women Soft PU Leather Shoulder Bag Ladies 11.8" RED. This is really a nice purse, soft, functional with all the pockets and zipper openings, well put together, and the RED is gorgeous rich red and a soft supple leather-feel. I do not smell any foul smell as others have noted, and I was in love with it as soon as I opened the package. Unfortunately, the reviews that complain about the zipper getting caught in the lining are true for this one that I received. The FIRST TIME I unzipped the one top zipper, it caught in the lining. I carefully got it uncaught (if that is a word), and zipped it again. Again, it got caught on inner lining. I am returning it, sadly. I am going to try buying the smaller size, same color, in the hope that it won't have this problem. It's only a little over an inch small, so don't think size will be a problem. This handbag is a nice size and lightweight. However, I ordered the 11.8 in gray and it came in blue. I can't find the color selection on the order, but I'm 95% positive I ordered gray. I don't live in the USA so returns for me are non existent so I will keep it.

Love the soft material, color and light weight of this bag. Many compartments for all my stuff. There was an unpleasant odor from the inside initially, but it went away after a few days. I wish the strap was wider, but, overall, I recommend this bag.
