These were soooooo easy to put up. It comes with built in adhesive strip. Just remove the cover and stick where ever. I used it on the rough wooden pavilion in a park and it stuck up the entire time. Showed up just in time for me to do this balloon arch. I read the reviews and took extra measures to make sure strands wouldn’t fall off. I used clear packing tape across the back side under the adhesive strip. WHICH BY THE WAY THE STRIP IS PRETTY STRONG!!

The color was amazing but the quality not so much. They were literally falling out as we hung them so we just threw the extra on the table, leaving huge gaps so we hung a table cloth behind the streamers. I was very disappointed, wouldn't buy again unfortunately.
