My only suggestion would be to size down as I’m most often a medium in underwear and these stretched out just enough after wearing and washing that they aren’t as snug and seamless as the pack of smalls I ordered next. I love these so much I ended up ordering two additional packs. These are the most comfortable and stretchy underwear that I have ever owned. I hate having anything tight on my lower body and these fit true to size with plenty of stretch. You can't even tell you are wearing them. They are super lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking. I initially bought these to do a trekking trip to Mount Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp and I have also used them in extreme temperatures in Uganda, on safari, and doing local day hikes. I have stayed away from thong underwear for years because they were never comfortable. Without being graphic, I was always aware that I was wearing a thong and I was not a fan. I tried these because I had tried every other style of underwear that claimed to not show panty lines and they were a fail. When these arrived I put them on expecting to feel uncomfortable in them and to my surprise I didn't feel anything! I literally forgot I was wearing a thong style undergarment. They are buttery soft, hold up perfectly to laundering and are no frill. If you're wanting lacy and sexy these are probably not for you. They are a basic style that serves it's purpose beautifully. I have now been converted and am free of panty lines with any of my jeans or pants.
