I bought this scooter to ride around and visit friends. I have to say, the battery is really great. It is pretty fast at 19 mph. I'm 6 feet at 205 pounds. I get up to good speed. It's nice to have the 3 levels. Once I got use to it, I ride on level 3. On level 1 you can use when your walking and you don't want to carry it. If I could have one change I would get one with the bigger tires. The suspension is ok. You do feel the harder ride and the bumps. I rode one of those Limes. It's a lot smoother with the larger tires. But just to use every once in a while, it's not bad. If I had to ride it everyday I wouldn't feel comfortable. ... show more

My husband found a chef position 3 miles from home. Instead of buying another car, we decided to try the Vobet adult electric scooter to save money. We charge it every night to make sure that it has enough battery for his two way commute. My husband said that it takes him about 15-20min in the morning to go to work depending on the side walk conditions. He said that the ride is pretty steady with the large wheels especially when there is uneven pavement on the side walks or overnight frost or salt on the ground. He said the break system works well. No tripping so far lol. I asked him if his boss let him park the scooter inside the restaurant, and he said he is able to fold up the scooter to put in the storage area. We both think this is a good investment considering the cost of gasoline and a vehicle not to mention car insurance and possible repair. ... show more
