(Original review - 4 stars) Been looking for ankle-height gray boots that didn't have too high of a heel and thought these were cute. My normal size (9) was out, so I ordered an 8.5 and a 9.5 to see which fit better. Others had said the toe box was roomy so I wasn't surprised when I liked the 8.5 better overall for length. There was a slight color discrepancy, though (see first pic). The 8.5, which is on the right, is clearly a solid medium gray color, while the 9.5, shown on the left, has a brownish tint and more of a brushed look. Both sizes have nice cushy insoles and feel comfy on the foot. In my second pic, I wanted to show the width of the boot. This is the 8.5 (which I kept). My foot is flat and at-rest on the floor, and you can see the boot is barely wide enough for my foot to fit, and my feet are average width (if not a bit narrow) with an arch, so a person with wide or flat feet might not find these comfortable. As a gripe to manufacturers, I don't understand why shoes are so narrow in general these days... why not make shoes so the foot can sit normally inside of them? I currently have expanders in these to stretch them a bit, so I'm hoping that by the time it's cold weather season I can wear these with socks just fine. (Edited review - 5 stars) So we ended up having a random cold, rainy weekend after some 70-something degree weather and I decided to wear these boots. Not only did the expanders work well to stretch the width a bit, but the boot is very comfy overall. It's almost like it put a spring in my step as I walked... very cushy insoles! I also love that the heel isn't hard material, so when I walked down tiled hallways there was no annoying or attention-grabbing clack-clacking with every step I took. Very warm, stylish, nice boots. I'm very satisfied with the purchase!

I love everything about these boots. The rounded toe, memory foam insole, non slip-quiet tread. And just enough heel. I bought a half size too large at first, but the return was easy. I got refunded immediately. 8.5 is the perfect size for me. So comfortable and cute. I highly recommend these boots.

I was skeptical about ordering boots without being able to try them on but these are my favorite of all I've had! They are very comfortable and provide a decent arch support. They also have cushioned insoles that are thick enough to keep feet from getting sore if your standing for a while. First time I wore these I was on my feet most of the day walking and taking the stairs several times and was pleasantly surprised at how comfy they were- no achy feet at the end of the day!! They are true to size. I normally wear a 9 1/2 which is what I ordered. No toe scrunching or heel blisters. They are extremely stylish and the color is true to the photo. I've worn these with boot leg jeans, reg jeans, and a dress with tights and they look wonderful with all! I've had no difficulty with the zipper as mentioned in some reviews. And, I like that the style make my feet look smaller than other boots. These are amazing and worth the money! So glad I bought them.

Super comfortable, fits true to size, and very much looking forward to wearing them. I was a little disappointed the color is off compared to the picture for the brown "camel" boots. They appeared to be a more rustic and neutral brown while mine arrived looking like they have a more red undertone. They also are a bit shorter than pictured with no slouch to them at all. If either of those are important to you, be careful. Otherwise, im still happy with them and you will be, too!

I love these!! Well made and comfortable. The sole looks like it will have good traction. Like others, I wish they came in wide but the size is true. I usually wear an 8 so thats what I ordered and they are perfect. Hoping a shoe stretcher will help. UPDATE: I put on 2 thick socks, and used a hair dryer for 20-30 seconds in each tight area, let them cool and the width is now perfect. 😊

These shoes are soft and comfy, and i love the look. BUT I wish they offered for the wide foot women. I have neuropathy and me feet arw picky on what is comfortable or not. Kinda reminds me of a muffin top on a pair of pants. Muffin foot?
