I’ve tried on over a dozen “navy” boots over the past two years - they might say “navy” but ever single one has been so dark I could hardly tell the difference if they were black or navy! These boots are ACTUALLY navy. I did size down half a size (I usually have to size UP half a size for boots!) but so glad I did because I LOVE these REALLY cute boots. All my toes have room (probably a first!) love that you can adjust the tightness over a higher instep (or tighten) with laces and I love the side zip so I can get my foot in (my instep is high so a lot of boots I can’t even get my foot in!) I was so excited about these boots that I wore them the first day I got them (I usually walk around my house for a while to make sure a shoe is going to be comfortable - these were comfortable the minute I put them on!) I have worn them two days in a row and I did prefer a thicker (no show) sock for comfort. The inside of the left shoe feels like it is rubbing against my ankle but it doesn’t leave a mark - I might just buy no-show socks that are a little higher to cover my ankles. I don’t usually buy “suede/fabric” boots as I’m hard on shoes so we’ll see how these fare - I’m thinking about rain-proofing them…? Did I say, I L💙VE L💙VE L💙VE these boots!

Lovely, stylish shoes, just the right height even with my bad back. Looks great with both jeans and dresses. However, I had to rip the Confort insoles out and replace them with OrthoFeet orthotics. I thought after reading the description that I would be able to wear these booties right out of the box, but alas, it was not to be. I only wore them about 15 mins when extreme pain set in at the base of my toes and the middle of my heel. So I ripped the Confort insoles out and replaced them with OrthoFeet insoles/orthotics and I am now looking good and walking on air. Also, added plus, my back hurts less than it has all summer, so the support is perfect now. I chose the lace up style in this bootie so that I could loosen it around my right ankle when it swells up after I have been on my feet all day. They work perfectly for this. The heel really is just high enough to make me look sexy as sin, but I don't feel like I am going to topple over. As bad as my back is now (I'm due to have surgery in the spring on my lumbar and cervical spine) I didn't think I would be able to wear heels ever again. These fit the bill as long as I get rid of the Confort insoles and replace them with the expensive but truly best on the market insoles from Orthofeet. I also LOVE the Navy Suede; it is a true DARK Navy and goes with everything in the blue family except my few teal-colored dresses. The boots are super soft around my ankles and my feet, well except the bottom, but like I said just dig in there and rip that insole out and replace it with something much better. In case you are interested in the insoles I am using OrthFeet 'OFG Women's Orthotic Insoles'. You have to get that Confort insole out to make room for the OrthoFeet insoles, but it is sooooo worth it. I think as a young woman I would have been able to wear these shoes right out of the box with no added support but at my age and with my bad back I need a LOT more support AND cushioning than the Confort insoles can offer. I have actually bought 2 pairs Chocolate and Blue. So you too can be comfortable in these shoes, you just might have to remove the Confort insole and replace it with whatever insole works best for you.

First of all, I am a true size 10.5, and other ladies who are a true size 10.5 know the that struggle is real. I bought these booties on a whim and I can't tell you how pleased I am! They were delayed a bit, but that didn't impact me. They fit perfectly. They feel great, even without socks. They are very soft inside. It's only been 10 minutes since I opened the package and I'm already thinking about other colors! I would do commercial for these shoes. P.S. I'm 62.

This is my everyday shoe, I wear them all day at work. I bought a slightly too big size so it does hurt if I walk too long but they’ve stood up so heavy use and still look nice. Once these wear out in def buying more, I’d like to get a brown pair next as opposed to black.
