Comfortable, true to size. I bought a 9.5 even though I wear a 9. Mostly because I have a high instep and a wide foot. They didn't offer a wide size. I really think I could've bought my size because they are not tight at all. I didn't have to break them in to be comfortable. They were from the first time I wore. Lovely, stylish shoes, just the right height even with my bad back. Looks great with both jeans and dresses. However, I had to rip the Confort insoles out and replace them with OrthoFeet orthotics. I thought after reading the description that I would be able to wear these booties right out of the box, but alas, it was not to be. I only wore them about 15 mins when extreme pain set in at the base of my toes and the middle of my heel. So I ripped the Confort insoles out and replaced them with OrthoFeet insoles/orthotics and I am now looking good and walking on air. Also, added plus, my back hurts less than it has all summer, so the support is perfect now. I chose the lace up style in this bootie so that I could loosen it around my right ankle when it swells up after I have been on my feet all day. They work perfectly for this. The heel really is just high enough to make me look sexy as sin, but I don't feel like I am going to topple over. As bad as my back is now (I'm due to have surgery in the spring on my lumbar and cervical spine) I didn't think I would be able to wear heels ever again. These fit the bill as long as I get rid of the Confort insoles and replace them with the expensive but truly best on the market insoles from Orthofeet. I also LOVE the Navy Suede; it is a true DARK Navy and goes with everything in the blue family except my few teal-colored dresses. The boots are super soft around my ankles and my feet, well except the bottom, but like I said just dig in there and rip that insole out and replace it with something much better. In case you are interested in the insoles I am using OrthFeet 'OFG Women's Orthotic Insoles'. You have to get that Confort insole out to make room for the OrthoFeet insoles, but it is sooooo worth it. I think as a young woman I would have been able to wear these shoes right out of the box with no added support but at my age and with my bad back I need a LOT more support AND cushioning than the Confort insoles can offer. I have actually bought 2 pairs Chocolate and Blue. So you too can be comfortable in these shoes, you just might have to remove the Confort insole and replace it with whatever insole works best for you.

I'm very seldom "wowed". This is a WOW shoe. I got it primarily for the "look & color". I hoped it would be comfortable and something okay to wear to work. This doggone shoe, from the moment I opened the box was awesome. It looks much better live. It's so soft, it feels like the sketcher's memory foam in the inside. I anticipated wearing it and hoping it would "yield" to comfort. Nope, it was comfortable from the time I put it on. I work in an office, and I'm constantly walking. The more I walked, the better it felt. I have wide feet, not a problem. Total absolute 1000% comfort. Worth the cost, fit is great, the look is even better. Definitely will buy another pair, cause I'm wearing these out!!

These shoes are absolutely amazing. They are so cute, comfortable and beautiful. I love them, and so will you! There's nothing wrong with them. Whatever size you wear, you might want to go up one size because they do run a little small I am hoping they start making this shoe style for a size 12. Once you purchase these shoes, you will want them in every color, and the age of a woman that purchases these shoes doesn't matter because that's how beautiful, cute and comfortable they are. So if you are on the fence about getting them, just get them! You can't go wrong and you won't be sorry but happy. The cost is great for such warm and durable shoes you are going to get. Very nice!!! I love these shoes , they are the prettiest that I have seen in years. I purchased the black suede. Have fun prancing around ladies!

Boots are so comfortable, as described they have cushioned footbed. Glad I read descriptions on size as I tend to size up to a 10 and ordered in my actual size of 9.5 and they fit perfectly. Color as expected and height just right.
