I was skeptical (to say the least) about this purchase. I read some bad reviews and horror stories regarding delivery and warranty issues, but the price for this refurbished Vizio was too good to pass, and at $189 with the potential to have smart capabilities that included airplay 2, I decided it was worth taking a risk. The TV arrived by FedEx, not Amazon delivery, and was just tossed at my front lawn, not delivered at my front porch, but my fears were squashed as I opened a box to a beautiful new-looking TV. It was very safely packaged with plastic and foam and all the necessary safety measures. I plugged it in and everything else was pretty self-explanatory from there on. I read the manual quickly, but frankly, no need to. The TV updates it self with upgrades as soon as you plug it in and do it’s initial configuration, so please let it run its course because it’s vital for its performance. And what a performance!! I paid $189 bucks for a four year old TV that runs like a brand new 2020 TV with all its capabilities, including Siri and HomeKit. Once you update the software, the Tv becomes a smart tv that is able to operate with Siri, Alexa, and Google assistant, not to mention it already has Airplay 2, and Chromecast also configured out of the box! The TV comes with smart cast, which is its own hub of apps for streaming of contents (sort of like firestick or Apple TV), and watch free, where you can watch tv for free! It’s a no brainer, the picture quality is incredible, especially considering at this value for your money. Vizio smart tv is a must buy of any kind, but my advice is: why spend a fortune on something you can get for a lot less and just upgrade? I am a satisfied customer! ... show more

The tv is nice in many ways. Good size. Great value. Picture quality is great and it is a smart TV. Have had no issues streaming content. But it has to get a reboot very often due to a frozen screen. I've had the tv less then 2 months and have done the reboot about once a week sometimes more. I figure it is something wrong with my particular tv. I didn't send back got busy and so I will reboot as needed. It's not very difficult to do not does it take much time. ... show more

This is a perfect middle-of-the-road TV. This is not your high-end, bells and whistles-type television. It is a budget TV that gives internet accessibility, access to streaming, great picture quality (which is completely adjustable to your preferred picture settings), and decent sound. There are TONS of free content streaming apps, which we love. Picture quality is crisp, clean, and vibrant. Sound quality is average, but adjustable and has a high variable range. This Television completely went dark literally a month after this warranty was up! We tried unplugging, checking HDMI cords and every trouble shooting trick in the book! No sound, no picture just Darkness! I find it a bit concerning that right when the warranty was up the Television completely became useless! I am immensely disappointed!!! Also the television was not damaged in any shape,form or fashion, this is most important! ... show more
