Great quality railings, however challenging install with the supplied anchors. This system is based on geometry with very little construction tolerances. My porch is made with exposed aggregate and the only way for me to align all 8 anchors was to get smaller anchors that allow you to install right through the bolt pattern. I don’t care how many times you measure and validate if the supports are plumb, a minor offset causes major frustration with the supplied concrete anchors. ... show more

Our installer was so impressed with these railings that he planned to order and use for another client! It took him about an hour and a half to install both railings. They look really nice and were quite reasonably priced compared to others I had considered. Highly recommend.

I got these handrails to go up 5 steps on my front porch I got 2, one for each side. It was fairly straightforward on how to put them together all the hardware were bagged separately and labeled the instructions were clear. It took me probably an hour?? As you can see these barely fit the steps I have. The angle is also too steep because the top rail does not attach to both posts, only the top one. Make sure you measure your steps and the angle you’ll need to install these properly! Would’ve been nice if these adjusted lengthwise. A waste of time and money and will be replaced by a professional as soon as I can afford one. And you need a very large drill bit to fit the screws at the bottom of the posts. ... show more
