I had to replace a fountain that actually broke off at the metal pole. It was the kind that you had to lift out of the ground to clean or fill unless you hauled water to it. I replaced it with this one and lifting the bowl out to fill at the sink is so much easier. It’s also bigger and the birds love sitting on the rocks inside it. The pole is also very sturdy and never has to be lifted out of the ground.

This offers a good value for the dollar, it looks good in the garden. This was easy to set up and does not leak. My only drawback is that the waterbasin tilts. I keep adjusting it, but it just tilts another way. I only fill it about 1 - 1.5 inches deep, so I don't understand why it tilts. If that doesn't bother you, this is still a good value, as the heavy ceramic bird baths are over $100. Edited May 9, 2026. The company contacted me via email, and very nicely offered a resolution. I don't feel I need a resolution. The waterbasin does tilt, but I just adjust it when necessary and I still feel this product is a GREAT value. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the company. That was very nice! The birds love sitting on the edge of this basin.

The resin bowl comes without a center hole to screw into the post!! And when you try to make a hole, the whole darn bowl cracks! LEAKS everywhere 😡 piece of junk—went right into the trash can!

It’s a beautiful bird bath! Simple to install. It’s easy to push into the ground and does not wobble or move once it’s in. I can fill it halfway from my kitchen sink and carry it to my backyard without spilling it. I fill it almost to the top on a daily basis since the birds are enjoying it—today I saw a bird sitting in the birdbath, splashing water all over. No wonder there’s very little water in it every time I check it. It’s also very sturdy, but so lightweight as well. I’m so glad I purchased this! It’s also easy to clean.
