Bought this to replace a similar 12-foot ghost we had purchased from amazon (that also didnt last). Had it up for less than a month when it burnt out. Lights would turn on but it wouldnt inflate. Not sure what happened. Looked great while it worked, but unfortunately, it was short-lived.

The media could not be loaded. We love this ghost!!! We have him for 2 Halloween seasons so far and it's still in fantastic shape! Love how he changes colors and they are bright not dim like alot of blow ups! The only complaint I have is he spins constantly (to be expected sense he is hanging in the air) and ends up facing the house instead of the other direction. I've managed to be able to kind of loop his cord around his "tail" and that holds sometimes but not for long.. Still working on a fix for that.. That issue of course has nothing to do with how he is made or anything obviously that's gravity lol! Believe me you won't be disappointed with this purchase! Also he looks fantastic with Halloween colored flood lights/ spot lights, the colors accent his lights so well! ... show more

    • One Fatal Flaw that renders this Ghost unusable after less than 2 months of use

I purchased this a year ago and left it out for a few weeks during the season. It worked well and I put it away until it was time to put it up for this year. When i did, i noticed that the nylon that held the lines together had frayed. Now, I have two sides left where the line can hold the ghost up the property. Unfortunately, that is not enough to keep the ghost steady, so now my ghost is hunched over and falling backward. It doesn't seem to command the same respect and did not hold up very well. I will say it was as advertised for the first season, but even storing it in a garage, it didn't last more than 5 weeks total outside. UPDATE -After one year and a week, I contacted customer support with the hopes that they could provide me with a replacement. Unfortunately, they would not provide me with a replacement because i purchased slightly more than a year ago. However, when you think about Halloween items, there is so little use during the actual year, I think the one-year warranty is insufficient given that any product gets no more than a month of use. Unfortunately, now the product is un-usable because all of the supporting nylon straps have broken. So the product is totally unusable unless you are the type that likes a ghost laying on the ground. I would recommend that you look elsewhere. A product is only as good as its weakest link and here, that is the straps, which failed i my case with about 1 month of use. ... show more
