  • 3.0 out of 5 stars Doesn’t fit Samsung Odyssey 28” monitors
Size: Dual Mount
Says it fits up to 32” monitors, however it doesn’t fit these unfortunately. Not for Samsung Odyssey 28” monitors. The mounting brackets don’t line up with monitors mounting holes at all. Not even close. Other than that, they appeared to be good quality, and was disappointed I couldn’t use them.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars works great
Size: Dual Mount
my wife moved from one tabletop display to two ~30" displays - this product worked great to both support the devices and route the wires. wire routing seems like a small thing, but the ease to put the covers over the multiple wires was really convenient. we used the tabletop edge clamp that works well - solid, no issues. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars I’ve tried three, this has been the best one.
Size: Single Mount
I bought one of these for my main monitor and I liked it a lot. Easy to install and seems sturdy. I ordered two different cheaper versions of this for my second monitor and ended up buying a second one of these and returning the cheaper ones. Much better install method on this one because of the monitor bracket. Worth the premium. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Strong, sturdy, junk foam surface protection, easy to set up, careful of the pinch point
Size: Dual Mount
This is a really nice mount! It all feels quite solid and is very easy to set up. The instructions are good and the included tools work well enough to get the job done a bit easier than an IKEA set. However, there are two main things that really bother me and I feel are short sighted. The little foam pads they give for the bottom of the clamp are basically a joke! They’re so thin and soft they will immediately squash to nothing and allow the clamp to harm wood surfaces without a doubt. What’s worse is that the rear set goes inside an indent in the mount body which makes them nearly flush with the metal edge to start with and once there is pressure on them they literally cannot possibly protect your surface. I’m going to find some hefty silicone sheets or something to cover the mount surface. The oval clamp surface is also covered with this same thin and cheap foam that will do absolutely nothing to help. Also given that it is so narrow and barely covers the clamping edge, any play or movement in the mount will most definitely cause it to roll off the plate. I know this because of a long history with monitor mounts and having that exact thing happen many times. The second short sighted feature is the lack of a hole in the cover plate for the 3mm hex wrench. Seriously? They made a great little cover plate with holes for the largest wrench/screwdriver and for the 4mm wrench, but nothing for the 3mm??? That’s just dumb. So I drilled my own hole beside the 4mm and now all three can happily sit there and be at hand. Especially since the 3mm is the most likely one to be needed besides the large one. The 3mm is used for the swivel tension adjustment screws. Otherwise I could just warn of the pinch point that exists between the upper arm cable management cover and the top cover. I didn’t get bit, but it would sure be easy to do if you grabbed the arm wrong when adjusting it up and down. The thumb screw to hold the VESA plate onto the arm was a bit odd since there was just a large gap between the plate and the arm mount surface. But it all goes together easily and holds nicely once installed. Overall a great setup for a good price! The hex key storage can be fixed with a tiny bit of ingenuity and tools. And the protective feet, yeah for that you really need to find an alternative heavy rubber or something. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Strong off-the-desk hold for a monitor
Size: Single Mount
My work is such that I use three or four monitors at all times. And while that has helped me work more quickly, four monitors take up a lot of desk space. But given my reliance on my monitors, I was reluctant to go with monitor arms because should that arm fail, it would be disastrous. Recently, however, I got frustrated with needing more desk space for the papers I was referring to while working, and I picked up this monitor arm. My first impression getting it out of the box was that the hardware is much more heavy duty than I had imagined. That helped ease my concerns right away. My original idea had been to use it with my oldest monitor, meaning the monitor that would cause me the least grief should something go wrong. But as I put it together, I changed my mind. This arm is solid and strong. Heavy duty screws and mounting mechanisms ensure a strong and tight grip on the corner of the desk. A heavy-duty hydraulic arm means the monitor can be placed in the best location for your use, working around your desk setup rather than forcing your desk setup to work around it. And because you attach the monitor via the holes on the back that are made for that purpose, when it’s fully put together, it’s a steady, solid, and strong hold for your monitor up above your desk, returning substantial portions of the desk top for other uses. This allowed me to improve my ergonomics as well. With monitor risers, I was able to lift all monitors into a relatively ergonomic position, but this one was always either too low, so that I’d slouch trying to watch it, or slightly too high, giving me a pain in the neck. With this monitor arm, that one is now in the perfect position for the best ergonomics. And that difference is clear in the lack of stiffness I’ve had in my neck lately. The integrated cable management is a wonderful relief for me. I’ve spent too many years trying to wrangle the cords connected to my PC. No matter what I do to make them as neat as possible and keep them separated, they seem to always mysteriously tangle themselves together within minutes. So that gives me another reason to become a fan of mounting monitors off the desk. I just have to be careful about weight distribution on my glass computer desk. If you spend significant time on your computer and use multiple monitors but haven’t tried off-the-desk mounting of your monitors, I urge you to go for it. I wish I would’ve done this sooner. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, steady reach
Size: Single Mount
The VIVO Premium Aluminum Heavy Duty Single Monitor Arm holds my 27 inch monitor with no problems. I needed more space on my home desk and this monitor arm was just what I was looking for. It doesn’t take up much room at all. Due to the small space, I have the arm attached to the side of my desk instead of the more traditional location in front of me. I share this because the arm has to stretch a really long way, yet it is very steady. While the arm is not very heavy, it feels very well made and easily attached to my existing monitor. It has a useful integrated cable system, but due to where I have mine mounted to the desk, I am not making use of it. I have been using this for three months and have not needed to tighten the hinges since the first day it was set up. I highly recommend this VIVO single monitor arm. ... show more
