Overall the chair is good. It would be nice if there’s a button or know that locks the chair adjustment in place. The way to adjust the chair is to lift the chair seat, however if you move the chair via the seat you are bound to move the seat up and down. Thus needing to adjust the height of the chair again if you pick it up that way. If you move the chair via the back rest then you are fine.

Warning! Read the other reviews and look at the videos. The chair locking mechanism is unsafe. When my child pulls the chair out from under the desk, the mechanism unlocks and when child tries to lock it back into place, one side is not locked. An adult would have to test it to ensure that it is locked every single time. Every time you adjust it, the quality of the mechanism gets worse. When adjusting the locking mechanism, it appears that it is locked into place and there are times when the seat falls back down to the lowest setting. This can cause injury. We also noticed that while sitting in the seat, if you reach over just a little bit, the chair will tip over backwards. This has happened so many times and today my child was injured. This seat is made for children, it should be recalled. We are past the Amazon return date therefore customer service was unable to help me with a refund. We've tried to fix this chair too many times to avoid returning it but we really should've returned it right away. My child refuses to sit on this chair at the desk.

I got this chair for my young students in my harp studio. It is a sturdy chair, very well-made, except that it is a nightmare to assemble. Some of the parts do NOT align properly so that putting it together is a real pain. It takes two people and alot of muscle. Other than that, it's a great chair because it adjusts to different heights.

We’ve had this chair 7 months. I ordered this because I needed a slender chair to fit under an antique desk. It was fairly easy to assemble. The seat was shorter than I expected although comfortable. But I’m specifically writing this review because there are screws on the bottom of the chair. These became loose and were pulling up threads from our new carpet! So I figured, eh maybe I didn’t tighten them enough, even though I knew I had. So I retightened them. A week later these screws are loose AGAIN pulling up more carpet. This is infuriating. Especially since I’ve missed the return eligibility date. And now I have damaged carpet! Seems like there would be a warranty. So in the end, I do not recommend this chair.

This is a comfortable and sturdy charge and can be assembled at different heights. But it isn’t adjustable without the use of tools. Not practical at all. It’s too bad it can’t be adjusted quickly up and down. We ended up returning them.

The chair is dangerous. The locking mechanism on one side collapsed while a toddler was sitting on the chair for the second time.

Cute, great idea, however it’s very short. Even at the maximum height adjustment, it is pretty short. I assume it is made specifically for the desk it looks like. I tried it at two different children’s desk and it was a joke. Also not all the holes lined up, especially on the back of the chair. It was a headache to assemble

The media could not be loaded. The chair is super pretty and the rooms look very nice. However the chair is not sturdy at all, it wiggles a lot. I purchased it about 45 days ago and I believe by the end of this month I will give it away because I am worried about my kid's backs. The whole point of this purchase was to help my kids to maintain proper posture and to protect their spine but this chair does the opposite. I had such high hopes for this chair but clearly purchasing it was a huge mistake.
