Size: 100 inch
The media could not be loaded. Did NOT come damaged, no wrinkles, and pulls down and retracts back up fine. This is the 100" screen. It is super big!! Mine measured out to about 92" from left to right. Nonetheless it's still huge. Picture quality is great. Keep in mind your projector plays a big role in how well the picture is. I have a short throw projector. Mounted about 6ft from the screen and I cant complain. Picture is super crispy, I use an onn projector. The only negative thing I have to say about it is it stinks so bad! I suggest leaving it unrolled for a day or two. Anything new has its own unique smell. (Its pretty strong on the chemical side) I mounted directly on wall with some screws I had laying around. Doesn't come with hardware but unless you intend to hang from a ceiling all you need is two screws and drywall anchors if you dont place on a stud. The price is pretty amazing for the size of this thing. I am super picky as my projector is essentially used for daily tv and this screen I definitely recommend. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for, but not in this case.
Size: 100 inch
I was looking for a screen to use my Optoma short throw projector. I was looking for a manual pulldown screen since it will not be used as our main TV viewing. I wanted a screen bigger than my 92" Mitsubishi TV. I was looking at first for a 120" screen. The Elite screens in this size we're around $250. I saw Elite made a 100" screen and was much cheaper. After some research, I found out it was not compatible with short throw projectors. So I stumbled upon this Vivo 100" screen for only $68. I was worried that price was cheap and so would this screen be. Box arrived in perfect condition. It is a very long box, but not heavy at all, only 18lbs. It does not come with any mounting hardware. My wife wanted it mounted on the ceiling. I was going to originally mount to the wood beams in the ceiling, but it would not be center or line up with rings on projector housing. I decided to get 2 swag hooks at Walmart rated at 30lbs for $1.67 each, and just mount it through the 1/2" drywall. The projector is light enough at 18lbs and I am not concerned about projector coming down. I measured center to center on the rings on the housing and that was 91 inches. Then measured the length of my wall and subtracted 91 from that and divided by 2 to see where I needed to mount it centered on the ceiling. Used my cordless drill and 1/2 inch bit to drill the 2 holes into the ceiling. Used a T square to mark 19 inches from the wall so to clear the Ikea shelf when we pull it down. The screen is easy to pull down and put back up. The smell is not that bad at all. After a few minutes being down, I didn't even notice the smell any longer. There was no waves in the screen, but a 7" scratch at the bottom. This was not noticable at all when projector was on, and not worth the trouble getting a replacement with possible worse issues. I have my Optoma gt750 about 4 feet from the screen. I will update it to a Optoma darbee 1080p in the future. But for now the 750 looks great, even at 720p. The screen makes the picture look much better than just using a white wall. I am so happy I went with the 100" vs the 120". The $150 plus extra cost of the 120" was too much of a difference in price to justify the purchase. The 100" screen is plenty big and so glad I bought it. Definetly worth buying and I will again for sure. Bought a Yamaha receiver for the downstairs so I can bring up Onkyo with surround sound speakers for our room for family movie night. ... show more

  • Easy to install great option for a small theater room for the average middle class american 😁
Size: 80 inch
Im trying create a theater room in the basement for family movie nights. Ideally id love to have a 75in tv or bigger, but i do not want to spend $2000. I think having a nice projector, combined with a projector screen is an excellent compromise. I have a cheap projector I purchased here on Amazon for $75. It does the trick for now now. I plan to upgrade someday. A good projector can be had for around $300. For a couple hundred dollars more you can get a better one 1080p. So if you think about it, you can have a big screen to watch movies in for around $500. Anyway, I wanted to go bigger like 100-120 inches, but due to limitations of the wall size, this is probably the biggest I can have. It's actually a good size for the area that I have (I will post pics later) currently I have a small 46in led tv mounted to the wall. I placed the projector screen above the TV where you can just pull it down over the TV when you want to go big screen. It's pretty easy to install. Just measure from the center of holes for the screw in each end with a tape measure, place the tape measure on the wall and mark the ends where the screw would go, screw it in with a screw driver, place the projector over the screw and wala. All you need is a hammer, screw ans philips screw driver, all done by hand. Feels sturdy. I do question how long the projector would last over time with regard to the pull down retraction mechanism. Screen does have that new chemical odor scent, should go away over time. ... show more

  • Does the Job, Good Price
Size: 80 inch
Purchased this screen based primarily on price. As expected, at this price level it isn't super-high quality construction but the actual screen is fine, hangs flat except for the extreme left & right edges, primarily only the black "frame" edge material. The roller mechanism works as advertised and the whole thing was easy to wall-hang. You actually have two hanging options, either by two little wire-loop rings or totally flush using screws in hole-and-slot openings on the wall side of the frame. If you use the rings, make sure the suspension is vertical with no side-load on the loops, as they are a little flimsy and will open up. I did kick the rating down a notch because when delivered about 8" of screen material on the right was not clamped properly into the lowering bar & was flopping around. I was able to stuff it back into its slot and it hangs fine, but this was a bad quality control glitch, and would probably be a continuing problem if the screen was being raised & lowered frequently. In my application it will be left extended all the time, so I ignored it. ... show more
