I have been a cane user for over 20 years now. And as a mobility impaired person, I have a huge collection of canes, and I know a good cane from a not as good one. This style of cane is my absolute favorite, and in my opinion, the best type for daily use. An offset cane, such as this one, is light yet supportive. You can hang it off the edge of a table or a bar very easily. You can also hang it on your arm when you need both hands, or on the handle of the trolley you use while shopping. The foam grip is easy on the hands, and less stressful on them after hours of use. The strap is a nice feature, but not crucial. I have at least half a dozen canes of this style, which I change out according to mood and outfit. This is a very well made cane. It has a nice tip. And it is a beautiful color. I do not have any of this color in my collection, (which includes offset type canes, as well as folding canes for travel.) This color is stunning, and will accessorize the color scheme of my wardrobe very well. It will go great with many shades of blue, blacks, whites, greys, and neutrals. Being that it is not patterned, it will especially look good with outfits that are patterned themselves. This cane has a nice handle, and this style of foam handle not only provides a nice grip, but can be changed out when it starts getting worn or dirty, and replacements are easily found in most drugstores that carry cane components. It comes with a nice tip and one that is standard sized, so replacements can also be easily found in your local drugstore when the one it comes with wears out. The strap also can be twisted off and replaced, should it get worn. It is, of course, adjustable, and it adjusts in the standard way for this style of cane: untwist the ring at the bottom, press the button, and pull apart the top part and bottom part to lengthen, or push toward each other to shorten, until the button "pops" into the correct hole. Then re-tighten the ring at the bottom. I do suggest this style of cane for every day use, as it really is the most comfortable and practical available. This is a very well made cane of this style, available in many attractive colors., I chose the teal, which is beautiful, and a color I do not have any canes in. I prefer the standard tip to a quad tip, however, because this is a standard diameter cane, if you want to fit a quad type tip on this cane, it will take one. And quad tips in this diameter are available at most drugstores too, as well as on Amazon. Take it from one who uses a cane every day, and who has done so for years: this is a great cane, of the style that is least fatiguing to use on a daily basis. And this particular cane is a great one in this style. It is very well made, comfortable on the hand, has a great tip, and is beautiful to boot. Get yourself one of these canes. You won't regret it.

Personally I REALLY prefer this style and build of a cane...I use one all the time, if I am up and walking, I have a cane in my right hand! This is a nice paint finish on a lightweight aluminum offset cane, with a LOT of available adjustments ranging from 29" to 38". I am fairly tall woman at 5'7" and there is still plenty of slots for more adjustments for taller people. The thing being we are all built SO differently, longer bodies vs longer legs makes a BIG difference on the adjustment you will make on your new cane. It is SIMPLE and anyone should be able to do it, if you need someone to tighten the nut/screw to snug it up, just ask someone...or put one of those jar "grabbers" on it and get a good grip and twist it, THAT will also help you to tighten it up. This is as easy as pushing the little silver button in, I turn it into the cane so it isn't popping into EACH hole as I adjust it...lol...get it to where you need it then just tighten the locking ring...DONE! I am not a fan of folding canes that seem to be everywhere, I feel they have a place, maybe in your trunk in case you need a spare or you forget your cane leaning on the garage wall as you are getting into your car...just saying...LOL This style is safe, secure, does not wobble and isn't going to leave you feeling "iffy" about your security while walking. I would recommend to anyone in need of a cane, plus they offer several colors to choose from.

I've recently required a cane. And I I bought two different canes This one because of the grip and it looked stable and one that was foldable. I was planning to use the foldable cane more if I had to go somewhere and needed to you know fold it up and needed to be more compact but I ended up kind of favoring that one and even the grip. I will say I really like the grip on this cane it is soft and that does make a difference. But I have very small hands. So it can be a little harder for me to grip around it. I think for somebody with normal adult hands This group is great especially if you have arthritis or something in your hands it is softer which is really nice and really relieving. But I feel more stable with a hard handle for some reason. But when I need a rest I go to this game. I also think it's a little more costly. I think it's a little overpriced for which yet paid half the price for my foldable one. I do think this cane is very stable I do think it's a great quality cane I would recommend it I just think the price point is a little high I think you're paying for the grip so if you're in it for the grip go for it. Like I said after a long day I do favor this cane for the grip I just struggle having like little hands where I have to wear like child-size gloves.

I have been retired for about 7 years and find my balance atrophying consistently. My balance isn't terrible, but that day is coming I'm sure. I have tested several different types of walking canes and believe that having an offset handle should help improve stability while walking. I feel that having an offset will move my balance point over the center of the cane and help keep me a bit more sure-footed. The cane has a number of nice features. It is light weight and painted aluminum so it should never corrode. The handle is padded with dense foam rubber to feel nice in one's grip when in frequent use. It is better than some other types of canes that I tested, so this will be my go to 'walking stick' for now. I am hoping that I don't need it too often, but I wanted to be prepared for when that time arrives. I believe that this product deserves five stars because everything thing said in the advertisement appears to be legit, and I like this better than the straight canes that I have previously tested.
