    • Better than I expected for the price.

I was in need of a bigger desk and started looking at "gaming desks" because I honestly just like the large flat space. I was about to spend upwards of $350 on one but figured I'd take the chance and buy cheap overseas product first to try to save a significant amount of money. Got it about a week after I ordered, was shipped via FedEx. Package is heavy but arrived in great condition. Everything inside is packed tightly and seems sufficiently protected on the corners, it would have to be dropped fairly heavily to damage the main panels inside. Zero defects for me, thankfully. Desktop is two panels attached together underneath, with an included large mousepad that covers the seam. This works fine, I don't feel any sag with a large, heavy ultrawide sitting directly overtop this seam and having my hands/wrists resting on the front while typing this very review. The desktop surface looks cool but I'm sure won't hold up to condensation from drinks, so be sure to use coasters or the included cup holder. There's a small amount of vibration when typing. If you don't have a sturdy monitor stand, it's going to wiggle a bit, as mine does. The desk as a whole is very easy to purposefully introduce wobble so if you're very animated during gaming or have a rough printer that could shake your desk, it'll happen. At this price point, it's honestly expected. Assembly is easy. It does come with an appropriate allen wrench/philips screwdriver. Be careful when screwing in the screws, they are soft and prone to stripping. Make sure you are fully inserted and applying pressure. With the larger bolts, you should be able to hand tighten all the way to the surface. If it starts to bind, back it out and try again, otherwise I suspect these will cross-thread very easily. Lastly, I can thankfully say the graphics you see on the side of the legs in the product photos are stickers they expect you to apply, so those can be tossed if you think they're ugly like I do. Overall, I think my gamble paid off. The desk is sufficient enough for what I paid and saved me at least $200. I'll update this review should the desk fail apart in the near future. ... show more

Love this desk!! It's been a while since I've had this, and it's still holding up. It was easy to assemble and is big enough to fit a couple of monitors or a PC. It looks super nice too, and I love the color!!

Overall this is exactly what I was looking for. I would have given it a 5 star rating if they would have considered a few details for assembling the desk. I am not a gamer but I work as a software consultant so I have two laptops and 3 monitors and needed a desk with a large surface space. All the computer desks I looked at were always around 24 inches deep no matter how long they were. I needed something larger with more length and depth. This one met my requirements and is hard to beat for the price. As other reviews have mentioned the desk is surprisingly study despite the desktop being two pieces. I don't have any problem with flexing or sturdiness even with all my equipment on it but do not plan to put anything really heavy on the desk. A few tips however for assembly. First I was disappointed that they did not include any lock washers with the bolts for the base frame. You are definitely going to want to use them or its going to loosen up over time and get wobbly. You will need to get 16 lock washers for the M8 bolts that hold the base frame together from your local hardware store. Just take one of the bolts with you to make sure you get the correct size. The other thing is in the instructions it tells you to tighten all the base frame bolts, then attach it to the desk top. You can tighten all them them but I would only snug up the ones for the small cross support brackets. These brackets keep the legs from wobbling side to side but also affect how straight the legs will be in reference to the desktop. After you attach the base frame to the desk top you will need to use a T-square to make sure the legs are straight before you really tighten down the cross support bolts. If you don't have a T-square there is a large , square piece of cardboard in the packaging that should work just fine. ( see the attached pictures) ... show more
