It arrived earlier than expected. We used it for a smoothie first thing after cleaning and rinsing as directed. There is a learning curve. Haven't quite got the technology of the buttons down but there is plenty of resources online as well as the instruction manuals. So its' just a matter of making some of the recipes offered. I'm a little nervous about the durability of the plastic pitcher and attachments given how pricey they are. My Ninja Blender also had plastic pitchers and they faded out over time.
