I really like this shirt! The colors are vibrant and easy to pair with jeans, shorts, or work pants, so it works just as well for the office as it does for casual everyday wear. I accidentally put it in the dryer, and it did shrink some, but it still fits me like a comfortable L/XL instead of its original size. I ordered the navy color in my usual size based on the size chart, and unfortunately it ended up running smaller than expected. The fabric itself is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, so it definitely has the feel of a nice summertime shirt. The gingham pattern is cute, and the overall style is exactly what I was looking for. The biggest issue for me was the fit. Anyone with a fuller chest should seriously consider sizing up because there just was not enough room through that area. I can still wear it open with a tank top underneath, but that was not really the look I was hoping for when I ordered it. I wanted to be able to button it comfortably, and that just was not possible in my normal size. Aside from the sizing, I do think it is a nice shirt. The material stays airy even on warm days, and it looks well made for the price. My boyfriend actually likes the way it looks on me even though it is much too tight to wear as intended. Really cute summer blouse. I ordered the lilac color and I love that the other color is a soft peach. Its really a pretty combo and the fabric is light weight and very comfortable to wear. It looks great with shorts, skirts or jeans. Worn closed or open with a tank under it, its a very versatile shirt. I ordered the 4x and usually wear a 24 in blouses. This fits very well and I would say you can probably order your normal size. It's a rayon fabric, so cold water wash and hang dry and you'll probably want to use a steamer on it to get the wrinkles to drop out of it. It isn't a good 'wash and wear' kind of top. I ordered this summer top because the shade of purple and the beige looked cool and could be mixed and matched with many things that I already have in my closet. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and discovered that the beige is not beige, but more of a strange looking terra cotta or dirty dusty shade. One of the pics shows this shirt in a way that looks like a lightweight knit, woven fabric. It actually has a puckery gingham, seersucker appearance to it. That is not the only thing that makes this button down shirt unattractive. It looks much more like a men's shirt and has the boxy look of a men's shirt. I do not know where I will wear this shirt, except for around the house. I cannot recommend this short sleeve shirt as being worth the money. ... show more

The purple looks much different in person. It's paired with a light salmon color rather than white, but the buttons are blinding white. Together, it's an odd combination. Likewise, this isn't just gingham, it's kinda like seersucker. The sleeves aren't flattering. It fits true to size, and the seams look decent. It's well-made. However, given how different it was from the photo, this is not something I will keep. It's not my style, and I don't like the salmon color with that shade of lavender. The fabric is comfortable, so if this is your style, give it a try. ... show more
