We were running lower on our Lysol stocks and with Clorox CEO saying that wipes would be in short supply until 2021 we decided to get a backup. This Virex seem to fit the bill. 2 gallons was plenty to put into some extra spray bottles I had and plenty left over. Used with some paper towels this stuff seems to work great and smell great while doing it. One drawback is that it does take the ink off of some cardboard like soft drink can boxes to the point where you get ink all over your hands. So just be sure to spot test it on paper or cardboard with printing you don't want ruined. Otherwise it works well! Highly recommended as a anti-viral/anti-bacterial cleaner and an alternative to Lysol spray. ... show more

Killed the bathroom smell! Removes hard food stains off the kitchen floor with two swipes of the mop. Leaves a pleasant fragrance not overwhelming. I diluted with water because I read reviews that it leaves residue. I’m satisfied with this product and will continue to purchase.

My wife has MAC and colds or anything breathing or especially in the lungs was a big problem for her. Especially now needing a ventilator at night to clear pCO2. If she can't breathe with the vent well at night it's a problem. So now any code in the house is a major issue. We noticed this product in the pulmonary PT clinic and also the hospital gym. So we ordered this to keep the common household objects (door handles, etc) virus free during any sickness. Remembering people might not have washed their hands enough and such. Or sneezed. We're not germophobes - but do need more when somebody is sick. This is the ticket. This is a 4 pack of large spray bottles. Kitchen, master bath, upstairs bath. Refills are also available in gallon size - so easy and inexpensive enough to buy and refill. Far more effective than "hand sanitizer" even the ones with germicides. Look it up online for the detail. It covers far more than you think - but also some things are just tough. So don't expect it to nuke everything in the world (think chlorine) but if it's the hospital and hospital PT and Gym gold standard, and covers common colds and other home sicknesses, (and lots more) then that's great. Do note I haven't worried much about some on my hands (from wiping with paper towels) but It's also not a hand wipe. Or at least likely not great to do that all the time. That's still soap and water. Works great. Doesn't have a harsh smell like some cleaners do. Safe to use as long as directed. Can leave a slight stickiness on certain furniture if overused.
