The Viper Elite 58-Inch, 2-Piece Billiard Cue is constructed from quality hard Canadian Maple wood. Created in multiple high gloss colors with 9 coats of varnish to prevent warping. Several stainless steel rings along the forearm and sleeve add to the uniqueness and overall design. Featuring lightweight ABS joints which help provide a more consistent surface during play. It's available in 18-21 ounce cue weights, offering a customizable assortment. Each billiard cue is finished off with a 13mm Le Pro leather tip, Irish linin wrap and a traditional rubber bumper. Polish your billiards game with the standout Viper Sterling series pool cue. Beautifully crafted for precision play, the maple cue is distinguished by a vibrant color scheme that stains the forearms and sleeves of this cue to give it a rich, classic look. More importantly, the cue's 13mm tip, Irish linen shaft, and wood-to-wood joint (with brass insert) are ideal for players who care about elite performance at the table. I bought the 20oz blue and 20oz black pool cues for at home use. I just wanted something for everyone to use that had some heft to it. I really love the look of the cues as well as the balance. They were both level w/no bow to them, which thrilled me. The black cue, however, had the tip break off during the first game. It just snapped off and flew across the table. We tried supergluing it back on and it snapped off the next day during a game. We're not professionals and do not strike hard so this was extremely disappointing. We are now overly cautious with the blue one b/c it is the only one we have left. I will be returning the black one. ... show more

I started playing pool a lot again and had lost my $300 cue a few years back. This cue is nice and sturdy and feels great. It's extremely high quality for the price. Arrived at my door in a few days shipped perfectly. Can't go wrong with this cue.

This was purchased as a gift for our grandson. The bottom half of the shaft does not have a smooth transition with the sisal tie. It looks like with use it could fray. We have purchased other cues and prefer a different style due to a smoother transitional piece

The cue I received was warped; I'm in the process of returning for a refund. Aside from not being 'true' the cue seemed to be of solid construction and was as advertised. If they could guarantee the replacement cue wouldn't be warped I'd simply have went that route but I doubt that's gonna happen. Amazing pool cue. No warping and feels good in the hands. It is so much better than pool hall cues and it just feels better knowing that the only person who uses it is you. This cue also helps me get the shots I want when playing I never make a hit that I didn't plan on hitting.
