Everything about this looks good until it is actually assembled. It is packed very securely with lots of oversized zip ties so it takes a lot of effort and time to just unpack. It is made to resemble the NSF rated wire shelves that are regular fixtures in restaurants. This is NOT that. The tubes are much smaller, the wire is much smaller, the sections are shorter with more joints, The expanding mechanism is very sketchy, it is super wobbly. It is completely unusable for my purposes and less than worthless because it wasted a ton of my time setting it up and now I need to tear it down to throw it away. The instructions label the parts A, B, C, etc but none of the actual parts carry those labels. So it is much more difficult to assemble than it needs to be.

We needed a clothes rack for easy accessibility for shoes and jackets on our way out the door of our basement. This is such an excellent addition to our space! It took about two hours for my husband to put together, mostly by himself. It was not difficult, just time-consuming. I am very surprised at how strong and stable this is! We have had many different racks over the years, and they have wobbled and fallen apart, leaving heaps of clothes all over the place. This one is not going anywhere. We have a pole right next to it and secured it with a simple zip tie, just as a precaution. It did not need it though as sturdy as it is. The feet on the bottom are adjustable, which gave this even more stability. The expandability feature was quite helpful for us to fit this exactly where we wanted it. In a smaller space, it would really be helpful. I love that if I ever move it, and need it bigger or smaller, that option is there. The only thing that is not perfect is that they really should have included a couple more shelves. There is too much wasted space between them. It’s not a flaw in the system, just simply something I would have preferred. Overall, this is an excellent clothes rack, by far the best one we have ever had over the past 20 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This wardrobes comes very well packed and secured with zip-ties and takes some time to cut apart. The tubes are marked on their packaging what letter they are, so unwrap these and set into piles. Assembly is straight forward. For the shelving: place the plastic clips over the rods and snap down, then bring the shelf over the clips. A mallet helps to tap down each shelf and make it sturdy. The hanging bars are simple pull-apart and twist to tighten/loosen. I found the metal pieces used with the bolts to put the two sections together to not be well-designed to fit on the meal shelf edge. I wish there were more of the square shelves as these are spaced so afar apart that there is much wasted space. I do like that the width is adjustable and lockable with a through-bolt. I do think this should be secured to a wall wit the enclosed kit is installing permanently as it could get top-heavy if you place items on the top full-length shelf. Overall, I think it is overpriced and there are better wardrobes out there than this one.

The images would have you believe the rods and shelves are a decent thickness with claiming to support 700+ lb... Yeah that's a fantasy, I wouldn't trust this thing assembled supporting 60 lb total. Vertical rods are 4 sections screwed together and boy do they wobble even after using locktite... Dimensions not disclosed in product: Wire thickness: 1/8". Rod diameter 3/4" secured only 1/2" threaded into another rod. 2 stars because at least all the parts were there... Save your money.

Make sure you line up the posts in the same direction so they align correctly. Once you get that right, it is easy to assemble but does take time. It is a sturdy substitute for a standard closet. Definitely recommend. This is my second time ordering from this company.
