Was able to fit it into my closet and then expand it to fit. Fairly sturdy but I have it against 2 walls for support. I would have liked at least 3 more small shelves because the space between is so wide. Great value and versatile.

Everything about this looks good until it is actually assembled. It is packed very securely with lots of oversized zip ties so it takes a lot of effort and time to just unpack. It is made to resemble the NSF rated wire shelves that are regular fixtures in restaurants. This is NOT that. The tubes are much smaller, the wire is much smaller, the sections are shorter with more joints, The expanding mechanism is very sketchy, it is super wobbly. It is completely unusable for my purposes and less than worthless because it wasted a ton of my time setting it up and now I need to tear it down to throw it away. The instructions label the parts A, B, C, etc but none of the actual parts carry those labels. So it is much more difficult to assemble than it needs to be.

This is a sturdy and well-designed storage solution that works well for anyone needing extra hanging space in a bedroom or closet. The carbon steel construction feels solid and the adjustable shelves and hanging rods offer good flexibility to customize the layout. Once assembled and fully tightened, the rack is stable and can hold a significant amount of weight without any signs of strain. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear enough to follow. Just make sure to tighten everything completely, especially when expanding the wire shelves. Overall, this rack is a practical option if you need extra storage and have the space for its full height. Fits perfectly in my closet. Highly recommend.

The images would have you believe the rods and shelves are a decent thickness with claiming to support 700+ lb... Yeah that's a fantasy, I wouldn't trust this thing assembled supporting 60 lb total. Vertical rods are 4 sections screwed together and boy do they wobble even after using locktite... Dimensions not disclosed in product: Wire thickness: 1/8". Rod diameter 3/4" secured only 1/2" threaded into another rod. 2 stars because at least all the parts were there... Save your money.

We needed a clothes rack for easy accessibility for shoes and jackets on our way out the door of our basement. This is such an excellent addition to our space! It took about two hours for my husband to put together, mostly by himself. It was not difficult, just time-consuming. I am very surprised at how strong and stable this is! We have had many different racks over the years, and they have wobbled and fallen apart, leaving heaps of clothes all over the place. This one is not going anywhere. We have a pole right next to it and secured it with a simple zip tie, just as a precaution. It did not need it though as sturdy as it is. The feet on the bottom are adjustable, which gave this even more stability. The expandability feature was quite helpful for us to fit this exactly where we wanted it. In a smaller space, it would really be helpful. I love that if I ever move it, and need it bigger or smaller, that option is there. The only thing that is not perfect is that they really should have included a couple more shelves. There is too much wasted space between them. It’s not a flaw in the system, just simply something I would have preferred. Overall, this is an excellent clothes rack, by far the best one we have ever had over the past 20 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
