Easy to assemble and sturdy
Color: Black Rack with Black Cover
Style: V11C
It took me a week to put this together, but less than an hour when I actually did it because I was a little apprehensive to start since there were so many items in the box, but this keeps my storage area very organized with all of my long jackets that I store for the winter and It's pretty sturdy and not flimsy like my last one

Well built
Color: Black Rack with Black Cover
Style: V11C
Came packed very well, no damage. Took about 30 minutes to put together. Seems well built and unless you want to store bowling balls on it, it’s plenty strong enough. I looked online at dozens of these and glad I settled on this on.

Outstanding Customer Service
Color: Black Rack With Grey Cover
Style: V11C
I am very happy with this garment rack. It’s strong and sturdy, was easy to put together and the cover will protect everything in it. But the biggest plus for me is their customer service. I really can’t say enough good thing about the person who helped me. I had a problem which was totally my mistake. I explained what I had done and even said I would understand if they couldn’t help me…but they went above and beyond and took care of everything. They have my highest recommendation!

Dust cover
Color: Black Rack with Black Cover
Style: V11C
The unit as described, sturdy. The problem I have, for about additional $35 for dust cover, is cheaply made. The dust cover, top flap is not stitched. Comes apart very easily.

Excellent product

This product is just I needed. It was made of a good weight, not too light and holds quite a few extra clothes. Was very pleased . Easy to assemble.

Great Product, Great Service
After searching for a sturdy clothes rack and closet organizer, I found this. It is very sturdy and fits my needs perfectly. Others I had found were too weak to hold much weight. Also, the wheels allow me to place it wherever I wish and allow easy cleaning behind and around it. The company service was prompt and all questions were answered rapidly to complete satisfaction. I will certainly buy from them again.

Received this in two deliveries a day apart. The company emailed me to let me know this and provided tracking numbers that worked! The wardrobe is perfect. Set it up in an hour with easy to follow instructions included. Great product, very sturdy with or without wheels. It comes with pads and wheels so your choice how you want to use it! Highly recommended for those with very little closet space. 5 stars for service and product.
