This product took me about an hour? To put together by myself. I’m 5’1, 100lbs, recently broke my back and yet I was able to manage this by myself which speaks volumes about this item It came securely packaged, included all pieces and hardware The directions take some effort since they’re 98% images and letters with very little written instruction but it is easy to follow and install Im not a huge fan of the plastic clips that wrap around the poles that hold the shelves up, they’re not very sturdy and if you don’t set the clips right the shelves will not set and the pieces will fly off in another direction which makes me weary of putting weight on said shelves And the hanging racks sit by hooks onto the frame, it allows them to wobble and potentially be lifted out of their position causing all items hung to fall and potentially harm the user but! Overall this is a nicely manufactured product and I would purchase it again ... show more

Okay so I’ll start with the pro’s. It was quite easy to assemble as one person. It took about an hour, even with a couple mistakes and having to move a few clips. It’s fairly sturdy even without anchoring it to the wall. It holds quite a bit as well. So far I’ve gotten about fifty hangars of stuff with more to be added as I keep switching over from my dresser. As a neurodiverse person it helps to see everything so I’m not wearing the same four things and forgetting about the rest of my clothes in the abyss that was my dresser. Lastly the drawers are really nice for intimates and socks. Now the con’s. The biggest thing (which isn’t really an issue) is the hanging rods are not stationary. They swing, which I think once I have enough clothes hanging on them, it’ll be fine. Overall I really like this, and I will probably get another in the future. I prefer it to an actual closet or any other storage option. It’s a nice space saver. I got the medium size, if I had more space I would definitely get the large. I do which it were a bit taller since I have long tshirts and pants. 8/10 would recommend ... show more

Genius packaging. Genius product. The assembly was so intuitive and straightforward. Most importantly, the way all the different parts were intelligently labeled was ABSOLUTELY REFRESHING when it came to assembly. THANK YOU FOR PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT IN SUCH A USER-FRIENDLY WAY. I assembled my garment rack in a way that wasn’t included in the instructions. It’s truly versatile and met my needs. I separated it into two sections, with double rods and a basket on both. Rod on top, basket in middle, rod below basket. I would get more use out of the basket if I just hung all my longer clothes on the bottom, but I’m stubborn. I was sus on the baskets at first - I’m really picky when it comes to self-assembled moving/sliding parts - but the basket assembly was EASIER AND MORE SATISFYING THAN I EVER EXPECTED. And the basket slides in/out soooo good and it never falls out or gets stuck. I love these baskets. Best thing about this garment rack - it’s gonna be incredibly stress-free to disassemble it and reassemble it when I move. The initial assembly taught me everything I’ll ever need to know. I love this product and it has been completely worth the money. It saved my bedroom floor from closet duties, and continues to impress. ... show more

This rack can utilize/save lots of space. Set up well, and NOT HARD to assemble by following the instructions/steps. 🔺The only thing in the instruction that may improve is: clearer to point out which side of the part should be facing the front (for example, the slides track). 🔺For the design, if certain parts can clip in instead of slide in, that would be better. 🔺Don’t like the way of the inside packaging. They use the cable to tighten the parts, but it’s too tight that so hard to cut them off, and scratch the parts. ... show more
