Costumer service was amazing, damaged 2 parts and was sent a spare which arrived the next day for free. Assembling the bottom was annoying but after that everything sped up and finished the top in a few minutes. The wretch thrown in can’t do it’s job being so skinny, it’s fragile. I spent last evening putting together this wardrobe . The instructions were terrible. However, once I figured it out, it was quite easy to put together. So far, it seems pretty sturdy and looks much better than all my junk just sitting out. So I would recommend it. I love my VIPEK R4C Rolling Garment Rack 6 Tiers Adjustable Heavy Duty Wire Shelving Portable Clothes Rack. Very easy to assemble and love the different set up options. I am in a small apartment with no storage space, I placed it against the wall behind my bedroom door, allowing me to open the door 120 degrees and enough walking space between the rack and bed, allowing room for a TV tray size bedside table. This was perfect to place my seasonal clothing and use as my linen closet. The seller customer service is outstanding. I had a minor issue on delivery but the seller sent a replacement within 3 business days...ironically my initial order and the replacement order arrived at the same time. I contacted the seller to request procedure on returning the replacement and due to the cost of the return, they allowed me to keep the replacement. The media could not be loaded. Purchased to use as a second closet in our primary. It works out great as a second mobile closet. It’s sturdy and solid. This is my second Vpek purchase. Love these.

    • No directions, no parts list.
Unable to assemble. Put directions and a parts list in the box! Is it really that hard? I don't want to unpack all these parts and then have to go online and search for directions. Not having a printed copy of directions was annoying, but when I reached out to the company they did make a copy available, but I had it figured out by then. The rack is sturdy and offers a lot of storage that can be adjusted to your own taste. The cover is cheap and flimsy at best and already has a tear starting in it next to the cheap plastic type zipper. I like the locking casters that allows you to move it around. I do need another one for another room, but I will be looking for one with a canvas type cover. ... show more
