We had a small spot in a bedroom that was not being used because of bed and dresser placement. Also had the issue clothes getting hung off of the edges of another cabinet - not great, I know. This shelving system is very sturdy, has two workable shelves at the bottom, a good amount of hanging space for those items that are frequently used, and a shelf at the top. It has made putting things away much easier and everything looks tidier. 100% would recommend. Assembly was easy but if I had to do it again I would add the wheels and poles to the first shelf and make sure that is sturdy before proceeding to the rest of the shelves. I needed a small but sturdy hanging rack for my laundry room and this was just the right size for a 30" opening. The enclosed directions were illustrations and I found the difficult to determine on which groove I should attach the plastic clips. The Amazon site has perfect visuals for that so you can really toss the paper copy. All parts were nicely labeled, well packed and assembly was a breeze. Fortunately I have a rubber mallet. I used a small cutting board placed over each shelf when I used the mallet to secure into the caps. I have not used the wall attachment to secure it in place because I know I'll want to wheel it out to clean the floor when necessary. (PS The lower horizontal bar is a tensor rod I used to have in that spot. I put in in place as a possible second layer but most items are too long so I'll probably remove it.) ... show more
