Today I was on my feet all day, wearing an almost new pair of Saucony sneakers. My feet were hurting and I’ve had them propped up for a bit. It still hurts to walk barefoot. I have a narrow foot and that may be why I found the upper part of the thong loose. I like the arch support and the style/color. I decided to keep them because of that reason and will find a shoe repair place that can lessen or pull tight the upper part so I'm not walking out of them.

Love them. I have a heel spur and it was very painful especially when standing after sitting or getting out of bed. These flip flops are very helpful. I slide them on as soon as I get up. I can feel the difference in the arch of my foot and heel. Not as painful when I walk. I do wear them a few hours a day as recommended. Needed flip flops with arch support and some are very high priced. These are value for the money. The only thing is the footed is rubbery. The pic it looks like some type of cloth. But I'm ok with the rubbery. Very comfortable and generous size.
